Robert was very knowledgeable and took time carefully explaining all the features of our 2018 Rav4. He did not try to sell us more vehicle than we needed. He listened to our many questions and made our purchase go very smoothly.
This makes our third car from Cain Toyota. Our first (2005 Corolla) and second (2013 Camry) Cain Toyota cars are still in the family and is still on the road after 14 years. Monday, I found the car I wanted, a super low mileage 2017 Corolla. Because I am a man and I will do whatever I want whenever I want I had to ask my wife if it was OK first. Well long story short, after I left Cain Toyota the car was sold. I found out the next day when I called the salesman to make a hold deposit. Oh well, maybe next time. Wednesday I got a call from Sam Warther and he said they had a 2018 Corolla go on the lot at same price as the 2017 that I wanted. This time the wife came with me and she drove the Corolla. And end of story. Like I said this is Toyota number 3 from Cain for good reason. Great cars and great dealership. We even found out that the salesman that got us into our first Toyota was still selling cars with Cain Toyota. Long solid steady track record of great cars for an excellent dealership.
I traded in my 2011 Toyota Venza and am leasing a 2018 Highlander. The salesman Robert Rowan was very informative and helpful. He took me for a test drive and explained all the newer buttons etc. on the Highlander. He gave me options of buying or leasing. He was not pushy and never called to ask if my mind was made up. When he said he would be at the dealership he was there waiting on me.
My experience has been very positive so far as I look to buy a used vehicle. I am especially impressed with Melanie Krill’s efforts and professionalism to help me find the right fit vehicle and help overcome the objections I’ve had. She is an excellent Sales professional. Note: Did not purchase vehicle yet.
My wife and I were the market for a used car. We hadn't dealt with a dealer for many, many years. Instead we had been buying from private owners. We used Cargurus.Com to help us determine what we wanted and to narrow our search. We decided we wanted a GMC Acadia and the website indicated that Ganley Toyota is where the best deal could be found. It was much further then we wanted to drive to buy a car but once we arrived the distance didn't seem to matter. Our sales rep, Jessie Willig, did everything in his power to make the buying process stress-free. He had two Acadias ready to show us. Both looked brand new!! We picked the one we liked best and Jesse did the rest. We told him what we could afford and he worked hard to make it happen. He was super-accommodating in many ways. He literally worked up a sweat as he sprinted back and forth getting everything in order for us while the rest of the staff was shutting the place down for the night. It's been a few weeks now and we're very happy with our purchase.
P.S. I think we bought the Acadia mentioned in the June 28th review. Honestly, you couldn't go wrong we either! Thanks again Jesse!
I used Cars.com to view many many options to purchase a used vehicle. I finally just really wanted a GMC Acadia but the one I found was sold the previous day. But they had another that was similar. I ended up purchasing that one and a very pleasant and positive experience at Ganley. I would recommend them to anyone.
I cannot say enough about how great our experience at Ganley Toyota was! Our salesman Jessie was FANTASTIC!! He was genuine, understanding, relaxed, and great with our 4 year old! Most importantly he didn't try to pressure us into buying something we did not want because of our credit.
We have a limited credit history so imagine our surprise when we came in for a used Rav4 in our price range and that is exactly what we got. Not once did Jessie make our desire to have an SUV seem frivolous and impractical. Not once did he ever say " well with your credit, I can't get you into this Rav4 but I have a nice Buick Lucerne for you to test drive" Which is exactly what happened at the place we went to before Ganley.
The team at Ganley did the impossible:
*They got us into the SUV we were looking for
*They got us financed at a great interest rate
* We have payments in exactly the price range we could afford.
The last point is what amazed us the most. Everywhere else we went told us that there was no way we could get payments as low as what we could afford. The team at Ganley did not stop at one lender, nor did they settle for a rate that was unreasonable for us.
Denise in finance was friendly and great to work with! She was able to get us a financed with a deal that included a warranty and it was STILL under our price point! She is GREAT at her job!
At this point I'm probably rambling but I just wanted to share how much my family and I appreciate the fantastic services from Jessie, Denise and Roberto ( he wasn't there on the day that we finalized our purchase, but he was really helpful the day before as well!! ) You literally worked overtime to deliver what we were looking for. You have earned our trust and business for many years to come. We will be recommending Ganley Toyota to anyone who asks where they can get a good used car and good service! As usual, recent, routine service appointment went according to plan with no surprises. Service advisor, Andrew, was courteous and efficient. Waited while service was performed and car was ready sooner than promised.
Friendly courteous no pressure. Only hold up was trying to get insurance information after hours. I always believed I had 30 days grace on an existing policy when buying another car. Other than that an overall easy purchase.
This was just a routine 12 month oil change tire rotation on my 2018 Rav-4, everybody at Summit Toyota are wonderful! They treat me and my Labrador just like we are family, come on in and make yourself at home.
I purchased my glorious 2019 Corolla XSE from Jason this week. His expansive product knowledge was matched with enough humor and charisma to turn your aunt Betty???s funeral into a madi gras. Jason doesn???t sell cars, he helps you buy what you need. He also makes an absolutely smashing cup of tea.
We came in looking for a new 4 runner and Jason welcomed us at the door. We had our 2 year old son with us so it was a very difficult process for Jason to deal with us because of us having to deal with our son at the same time, but he did a awesome job. He also made us feel like friends which is a nice experience at a car dealership.
We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. The dealership had a Great selection to choose from. Our Salesman Joe did a great job helping us narrow it down and we had our vehicle in less than 2 hours. Most of my car buying experiences have taken 5 hours or more. I for once didn't feel drained leaving a lot and didn't have any second thoughts after making a purchase. Great Experience.
My experience was amazing!! I was in need of a vehicle in a short amount of time, I visited the dealership and spoke with Arizona and Zack and they helped me find the perfect car for a great price. When I came to pick it up, Zack already had it pulled around front for me, showed me all the features that came with the vehicle and how to use them. The paperwork process was quick, easy, and smooth!! So far I’ve only needed an oil change and tire rotation and they supplied the first oil change on them!! I am so happy with my vehicle as well as the amazing service from this location!!!
While my car was being serviced on Aug 14, I had a really fun conversation with Ryan. After servicing, I investigated the lot & found a car I really liked. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage. My husband & I have dealt with Ferris for about 30 years & I will continue to deal there!
Greeted by Felix outside of dealership which was a nice first impression in regards to customer service. Friendly and good at building rapport with client. Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. Went back and forth with price to make sure we paid what we felt was the right price and we felt good about it but did feel undervalued as a customer when the GM came over to immediately suggest ???something that was within our budget???. It wasn???t by any means outside of our budget but the fact that the price they started off with was wrong from the price online is what bothered me when it came to negotiating. Thumbs up for Felix getting us a price we could agree upon and better yet the dream car my fiance has always wanted. I would also like to thank Guy Ghrist on his service as he made us feel great about our purchase and even better hooked us up with the right warranties down the road. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Overall good experience and would do business or purchase another car from Ken Ganley Nissan again!
