Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. As expected some did not reply, some just signed me up for spam, some wanted to speak via phone (despite my email only request), and a few listened and sent me a quote as requested. Glenn is my service writer - he is incredible and has always done a great job looking after my 2022 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve! He is excellent in his communication. Just recently my truck flashed a fault code I brought it in to Fred Anderson and Glenn scheduled me in and he took care of my Titan! He even had the part ordered to arrive the next day and told me that it's still in the warranty period and to bring it back the next morning. I did as requested (just as promised Glenn texted me the first thing the next morning that the part was in and to come by at my convenience) I came by and within an hour my truck was repaired and I was on my way. I do not have worry when I work with Glenn - he goes above and beyond when looking after my Nissan needs.
