We came in for tire rotation, and came away with a beautiful red corrola. Alan was a super salesman. He work with on the our trade issues to our advantage got us out of one lease and into another great one. Thanks Allen and Toyota!!!!!

Alan was such an excellent teacher the night I picked up my Rav. He took his time explaining the different features my RAV has to offer and told me anytime I had questions I could call or text him and he would help me out It's very comforting to know I have a person who is willing to teach me all about my new vehicle to make sure I'm happy with my purchase!!
Alan Makabi explained everything I needed to know about the Toyota Rav4. He was very patient and took the time to answer my questions until I understood everything about the vehicle. He made the purchasing part of getting a new vehicle awesome!
Terry did a very nice job of explaining all the details of our lease purchase and showing us the many options on the vehicle. Curt also explained thoroughly and in detail the warranties to us. Thanks to everyone for making this a great experience for us!
Chuck James in the sales department was wonderful to work with! He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He really helped me pick the right vehicle for me, a 2018 Rav4!! I am so excited and rate him very high! So thankfuk he reached out to me to come in and talk to him. Also, I give Tiffany in the finance department a great review! She explained everything so patiently, thoroughly and without pressure. She is an asset to CR Toyota!!!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Loved my car buying experience and totally recommend Toyota Cedar Rapids!!! I love my new Highlander!!!! Alan was so great he set up my Bluetooth and showed me how to use all the bells and whistles! Curt made the finance worry free and really explained everything very well.
The staff was pleasant and the process painless. Allen & Tiffany worked hard to make sure I understood everything, including my vehicle options, the financing terms, and how everything worked when I was ready to drive my new car off the lot. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they didn't have much flexibility on the sticker price. I will definitely return to Cedar Rapids Toyota for my future buying needs and recommend them to others!
Very professional. Brian didn't ask our life story. Didn't have to haggle much on price. Curt did a FANTASTIC job on financing. Kept on my bank to lock in loyalty discount. And his desktop computer was cool!! Thank you for the easy transaction.
I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all.
Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately.
The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found!
If I could give a higher score I would - extremely happy with value.
Adam and Glenn are great to deal with. No pressure to buy. Test drove the vehicle I was looking for within 5 mins of being on the lot and had paper work done shortly after. Took less than an hour and I got a great deal on a 1 owner low mileage Ford Fusion. Sending anyone I know to Kroll Auto. Never had an easier more up front buying experience.
I'm very skeptical of smaller dealers like this, have heard horror stories. But I was very satisfied with RoadRunner. They were easy to work with, gave a great price, and fixed everything on the car that we asked them to fix. No Issues. They are worth a look if looking for a used car.
We purchased a 2010 mini van from Warehouse Auto. First time buying from them based on a referral. They have a changing table and diapers in the restroom which really impressed me along w/ a play area for the kiddos in the office area. No one pounced on us the moment we pulled into the lot which was pleasant. We were able to browse w/o being hounded. The salesman was knowledgeable and upfront about the vehicles and any concerns that there may have been w/ the vehicles we were looking at. The price displayed on the vehicle is the price you pay. Nice knowing right off the bat what they are asking for the vehicle and what you are expected to pay w/o any bartering back and forth. All paperwork done on the property, simple and easy! No pressure.
