2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

2017 Toyota RAV4 review
Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.

Greg Moore was my sales rep and I wish I could buy all my cars from him. I never once felt pressured and he offered me valuable information that helped me make my decision. Matt Colvin, sales manager, and Joe Russoli, who did my closing, were also very laid back and helpful. The entire experience was fantastic and moved much quicker than any other time I've purchased a car. I highly recommend this dealership and would buy from them again.
2019 Toyota RAV4 review
I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

Vann York Toyota review
I recently purchased a Toyota Camry at Rice Toyota and in doing so had an incident with Rice that left me unhappy! You can read what happened at dealerrater.com if interested. I told them they are making a mistake because I was going to purchase a car for my daughter. This past Friday I did just that. My daughter and I traveled to High Point and dealt with Vann York Toyota. We were just looking when a salesman came out and asked if he could help. It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. He was not pushy, didn't act like he had something else to do. He took his time with us and my daughter whose decision it was liked him so Greg sold us a car! We dealt with Rodriguo in the finance office and he was very nice and he did a good job with us. We left happy and my daughter just purchased her first car and I am sure we will be back again! Thanks to everyone at Vann York Toyota! Daniel and Lilia Edwards

I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Additionally, I hasten to add my compliments to management for your excellent phone agent, Fernando Fuentes; he is courteous, competent and accommodating! Please be sure to send him a copy of my comments. Thank you for providing such excellent all around service and atmosphere for your customers! Sincerely, Bob Foxworth
2023 Toyota RAV4 review
I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

Vann York Toyota review
Thank You Vann York Toyota Mr. & Mrs. James Bandy Fayetteville, NC 28306 Vann York Toyota Dear Vann York Toyota Team, We wish to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience we had purchasing our new 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO. From our very first inquiry through the moment we drove our vehicle home, every step of the process was handled with complete professionalism, genuine care, and honesty. There was no sales pressure and none of the unpleasant tactics that so often accompany vehicle purchases. Instead, we were treated with respect and transparency throughout. The post-sale follow-up has been equally thoughtful and reassuring, confirming that customer care continues well beyond the sale. We are especially grateful to the sales associates who made this experience exceptional: Aaron; Shelly Gardner, Taylor Gottlieb, Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager. Your collective expertise, patience, and integrity turned what could have been a stressful process into a truly enjoyable one. Vann York will be our choice of automotive purchase Thank you, Vann York Toyota, for setting such a high standard. 🫡🇺🇸 We are proud to be part of the Toyota family and will gladly recommend your dealership to our community; friends and especially military and retiree’s. We will get the word out that Vann York Toyota is the place to purchase one’s new vehicle. Vann York is above the Toyota dealership here in Fayetteville and the dealership I inquired with Fred Anderson of Raleigh NC. Vann York puts customer first before the sale. In today’s automotive market that says a lot. With sincere gratitude, Mr. & Mrs. James Bandy Fayetteville, NC 28306

Modern Toyota on Peters Crk Pkwy is truly awesome. I have had quite a few services done there and my last one March 1 was no different. Reno Voss and team were super friendly, professional, honest, and kept me updated on several large issues needing to be done to my 2017 Tacoma...It now runs like a new one and was done in such a timely manner...I recommend this family owned business to EVERYONE!!! I will buy from them anytime...Thank you Reno!!!

RUBEN HOLGUIN is the best salesman that I have ever worked with! He was very welcoming, friendly, personable, and immediately made me feel that he had my best interest at heart, unlike other car salesman elsewhere. He never pressured me like I have been in the past car shopping. He walked me through the different options, and made the process very smoothly. He even helped me clean out my car, as I didn’t think I was going to be driving home in a new one! I am very grateful to have worked with Ruben, and will forever refer him to everyone I meet! Thank you for your help and guidance with my new Lexus GX460!!!
2020 Toyota RAV4 review
After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Would highly recommend purchasing a Toyota at Greensboro Toyota because of the sales person - Sam LaFrance. She is a great person - Highly Recommend.
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

CarMax Jackson (TN)Reviews
CarMax Jackson (TN) review
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.
