My car has so much damage that I thought the Insurance company was going to total it, so I inquired about a car on your lot. The salesman called me and I explained that we had not settled the case and he was very nice and asked if I would like to come and drive it and I told him I would but wanted to wait until I reached a settlement. He wasnt so pushy that he made me want to turn away. I was thankful for that.
Just purchased our third vehicle from ray here two months ago. We had a little AC issue that somehow wasn't covered under the extended warranty we purchased. Upon picking up, the owner Jason told us he took care of it and not to worry about a thing. The customer service is out of this world. We will be forever customers at carfinders!
They went out of their way to help us. The salesman Eddie he was such a joy to work with. Every person working there were just as nice as they could be. The owner was wonderful it was just a wonderful experience all around
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Went to Mobile to buy a car from another dealership to find out they sold it while I was enroute. Driving home to Mississippi we passed Mullinax and decided to see what they had in stock. Jake Summey was the salesman who approached us and I was instantly impressed with the way he handled the situation. We left that day with a Ford Fusion due to the professionalism of Jake and all of those who work there. A Ford had never entered my mind to buy until we spent time on your car lot. I recently bought my second vehicle from Eastern Shore Hyundai. I worked with a awesome sales rep Santiago and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was able to get the vehicle I needed at a fair price. Carl, the sales manager was also fabulous and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative I can say is I felt very pressured and unnerved by the paperwork / finance gentleman to purchase some add on's I wasn't planning on which made my note go higher than I really wanted. Overall, a great experience and I am very pleased.
Alex Tarvin was our sales person and I cant brag enough on her. She helped us find the perfect car. The whole experience was great. We love our car and will be back when we need another vehicle. Everyone at Eastern Shore Hyundai was very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to go there for when they need a vehicle.
