Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"

We came in just to check out customer service before buying car but left out with the vehicle that night,we just picked up our hard tags 1 month later and we are very pleased.

Finding the IDEAL car salesperson is not that easy unless you stop by or arrange an appointment with IRIS HARLEY at Volvo Cars Silver Spring. We were fortunate to be introduced to her when we went to look at a car we found online at her dealership. With all the bells and whistles on the cars today it is great to find Iris who knows her Volvo cars inside and out. She gave us great insight into what the car was about and knew what she was talking about. When we went to pick up the car she gave us a thorough introduction and overview of each and every bell and whistle. She gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable when driving away. If you are in the market for a Volvo, which you should be, this is our fourth, get in touch with Iris and make the car buying issue a smooth and believe it or not, enjoyable process. She is a delight. Her Sales Manager Noah Greaney is also an asset to the dealership. Straight forward and easy to work with. You can tell he has a strong background in the automotive industry with a yes, sense of humor too!!
