Mr Wallace Bird was one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He didn't let me off the hook easily but I didn't feel pressured like I have at other dealerships. He was very knowledgeable and directed us into making a much better deal then we ever would have made on our own. His many years of experience was invaluable. I visited Lee Hyundai of Florence with the expectation of driving away in a new Hyundai Veloster. However, two months ago I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord from Cale Yarborough Honda and was completely taken advantage of. Because of my naïvete @ Cale Yarborough, I left Lee Hyundai in tears and regret...not a trade in, not a used or new car but valuable knowledge instead and a desire to return my Honda and never look back! Although,my expectations were not met,the experience helped tremendously. All car salespersons are not crooks and Mr. Wallace Bird proved that. He was knowledgeable, humorous, polite and sincere throughout this ordeal. His years of experience in the car industry proves that with age comes wisdom! My gratitude to him is priceless!

My experience with Florence Toyota was the best. The salesperson and finance persons worked as a team to get me the very best deal possible. Everyone was friendly and treated me like family! I???m happy I chose Florence Toyota to purchase my new car!
We have been Chevy owners and decided to upgrade to a newer model. Dan in service who has always taken such good care of us. He is the main reason I go to Five Star. Dan got us an awesome salesman Ash. Ash really knew about the cars and accessories he was selling and was honest (I did my research to make sure). John C was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. Denzel was great at explaining all my questions in finance and explained the warranty to where I understood it completely.I am glad that Five Star has made changes and now has great staff. We will continue to come back with the fantastic customer service these men provided.
Avarie was very forthcoming with the information I was looking for. The sales staff, AJ Patel and Ron Jennings worked with me over a number of visits and everyone there was very helpful, friendly and there was absolutely no pressure. They made this purchase a lot easier for me.
Garry Cooper and shop manager were most helpful and attentive to problem solving with my truck air conditioner. Very pleased with their expert advice course of action. Could not have gotten better service any where. Thanks again.
Gary Cooper has been my service tech for years and I never have a issue at all! If there is a problem or a question about anything he makes sure the problem is fixed. Gary is honest and upfront about my repairs and services that are needed. Being a woman I was always leery of being taken advantage of at car dealerships however I never have that concern or worries when coming to Florence Toyota. Keep doing an awesome job Gary!!!
We have been Toyota customers for over 4yrs, bought several vehicles already with Avarie. The attention that Avarie has given my husband and myself has been exceptional. Her patience has been tested over and over, (my husband is very stubborn, and a difficult negotiator) she's always maintained a professional atittude and worked diligently towards customer satisfaction. Started off HORRIBLE. Thanks to Ms. Karen Brown and Mitch for cleaning up the Mess in a timely fashion. I know who to talk to from now on. Nothing like Great customer service!
