This is my fourth Volvo; one XC90 and 3 XC60's. They have all been wonderful cars. Service after the sale is also great. Any question I have had has been answered so that I could understand. My routine maintenance is done in a timely manner and always perfectly.
Our company at Southern Alarm has been buying vehicles from Boyd for years and will continue due to the great service and ease of working with their team. Both Les Boyd and Mark Brown whom I recently worked with on the purchase of a truck, were great to work with. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience today at Boyd. Chris was amazing, personable and kind! I went in for a test drive about 130pm. I had no intentions of purchasing a car today but I did. Chris was very informative through the whole process. I was home before 5pm with my car. He even helped me transfer all my belongings to the new car in below freezing weather.
I had help from Joshua Hampton , he sold me a beautiful 2015 Kia Sportage! I had a specific list of everything I wanted and he ticked all the boxes! I love everyone here, they are wonderful and super helpful! I recommend Paramount Kia of Asheville to anyone looking for a great vehicle and great customer service!

While on vacation in Asheville, our truck engine light came on and needed to have deff heater reservoir in tank replaced in order to continue using truck before shutting down. We called two other dealerships and explained that we were traveling from another state and needed immediate service and were told that it was a 30 day waiting period and could not help us. We contacted Asheville Chevrolet and spoke to Jimmy Shelton and told us to come in now. He took us right away and had the part shipped over night. The general sales manager Bobby Roussel and salesman Tony Valentine were very helpful and understanding and put us in a courtesy car for the two days so that we could continue our vacation with very little interruption. Mike was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were looking for a F-150 supercab and they are not in high supply. He found the vehicle we were looking for and spent a lot of time with me. He was not overly aggressive, which I appreciated. The dealership had a very friendly feel to it, unlike the other Ford dealerships I visited. Huge inventory to choose from.
My retirement car was going to be a Mustang convertible. Looked at a bunch, and finally found my way south of the border (we live in NC, just north of the SC line). A short hop to Travlers Rest brought us to the friendly folk at George Coleman Ford. We came just to look at a pre-owned 2016 Mustang, but a combination of their aggressive pricing, generous trade-in value for my Subaru, and lack of pressure, and, well, I drove home with the top down in my new (pre-owned) Mustang. I'd go there again, and I'm pleased to recommend this dealership to others.
Nice place, good service. I use them instead of my hometown dealer because the service department rates a 10 at Taylor and a -10 here at my hometown.
