A FANTASTIC BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINING TO END

Bought a new Sienna XLE at Toyota of Braintree on 4/13/17 - my experience from the first call made to get a quote, to the pick-up of the car 24 hours later was well beyond expectation. I had no prior knowledge about Toyota of Braintree, calling them and a number of other local dealers from an internet search of "Toyota Dealers MA". Edward Walsh (Internet Sales) was my first contact and he was terrific. Edward gave me an excellent quote, right to the point. I explained that it was important to me that I have an experienced sales person and Edward assured me he would make that happen. Edward's easy way and listening were absolutely a major reason I made an appointment to visit Toyota of Braintree. They also had a very competitive quote too. I drove by two Toyota dealers to go to Toyota of Braintree due to Edward being forthright and listening to what I was looking for - rather than just talking as I found with the other dealers. Upon arriving, a few hours after my initial call, Mark McElroy a Sales Manager met me at the front desk greeting me with "we've been expecting you and Manny Javier an experienced Sales Consultant is moving two XLE's around to the front". Mark then called Edward to meet with me in person. It was all very professional. Mark was just super, it was easy to tell he was going to make sure that this process went smoothly. After being introduced by Mark, Manny took over doing a fantastic job walking me through the Sienna and taking me out for test drives in each vehicle I was interested in looking at.. No rushing, wanted me to take my time, just a super experience. Manny could not have been nicer. After the test drives we got down to business and very professionally negotiated a price that I couldn't be happier with. Manny listened to my logic and understood, no BS just business. Mark the Sales Manager finalized our deal - it was as smooth as possible. The next person I had the pleasure of dealing with was Eric Francke who walked me through servicing the vehicle, explained the maintenance that came with the vehicle and set-up a future appointment based upon my guess of usage. Took all of ten minutes. Eric was really great. Manny then introduced me to Ian Merrill in the Finance or Business Dept. I let Ian know I was running late to pick-up my wife and he moved through the paperwork like lightning. Ian was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He offered me an extended warranty at a very good price and was understanding when I told him I needed a few days to think on it. I had only been at the dealer for a little over two hours and was back on my way out the door. I returned a couple hours later with a check and Ian had arranged all my insurance with my agent, letting me know that the van was being prepared for delivery to me the next day at noon. Really appreciate his efforts! The following morning Manny called me at 9:15AM to let me know everything was set. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted like a long time customer -- a very, very nice feeling! Manny walked my wife through the van's operation, taking his time and repeatedly asking her if she had any questions, could not have been a better experience. Manny was just fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone, including the two receptionists (whom regrettably I did not get their names) made this buying process terrific. Without reservation I recommend Toyota of Braintree.
