Great Staff - Easy Process

I did extensive research and price shopping before buying our new car. I probably contacted over 25 dealers throughout the process. Chelsee King was amazing! She was upfront and forward about their best price, and didnt give me a hard time when I asked for a breakdown with taxes, tags etc. In fact, she was one of the only ones who gave me the breakdown without trying to pressure me into coming into the dealership to talk. I simply wanted to do the work from home so I didnt have to haggle, spend hours on end in the showroom, only to be taken advantage of. Chelsee never tried to pressure me - just simply gave me what I asked for and was there to help when I had questions. Malvern price beat everyone else's by hundreds of dollars! Once I knew that I wanted to purchase through Malvern, I spoke with Steve and Angelo who assisted me on getting the specifics of the vehicle for my bank and insurance agent. They were pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Once we arrived at the dealership, Angelo got our paperwork ready and answered any questions we had. He was personable and attentive. He suggested upgrades but wasnt pushy. Once his portion was complete, we met with Jimmy to complete the paperwork. He was pleasant and explained all of the extended warranties in detail. Once we declined those though, he became short and impersonal, just wanting to get us out of the office. Jimmy was the only negative part of our experience. While I understand that they make their most money on the upgrades and warranties, and I am sure they are disappointed when those arent selected, I still expect to be treated like a valued customer. Jimmy did not make us feel that way. Once our paperwork was complete, Angelo walked us out to the car, opened the door for me, and made sure I was completely comfortable and that all my questions were answered.
