I posted yesterday about a poor experience here. Although I was very unhappy I wish to update that management assured me it was a big misunderstand and everything they originally offered was good and even made things a bit better. Kudos to the staff for addressing a customers concerns and quickly rectified the situation.

This is the SECOND time in several years I have tracked up to Skagit to get my Car...They always break it down for me and tell me why and how much I will save coming up there prior..and I never leave disappointed... This was a harder trade for me because I had to give up a car that was a baby to us..13 years of owning a Corvette..but thank you guys for getting me in the Genesis, ITS not a VETTE but it zips and its comfortable and Never have to go change out cars to go pick up the kids! See you in another year or two to Trade out our Sonata!
Sales staff were amazing. Got a great deal on my Elantra! Everything was amazing until I met with one of their finance men who tried to ram down my throat a bunch of unneeded additional purchases. I used to work at a bank and knew they were pointless, but this finance man was abrasive and simply rude. Besides that, i recommend this dealer.
This was the easiest buying experience ever! Although it was a really long process. We went in wanting a beautiful Chrysler 300C they had on the lot. We weren't sure we'd get it either considering how much we owed on our van. But they made it work and we walked away with additional warranty, roadside, and Gap for less monthly than we thought we would. Thank you for helping me to get one of my dream cars.

I made an appointment in advance (which I recommend), and I received on-time service. Damian was my service representative, and he was both professional and kind. When the service was complete, he reviewed the service record of all the things they did and checked. He was clear in his explanations and patient with my questions. Service was completed within the time estimate I was given at the beginning. Also, thanks for the free exterior car wash that you provide -- it always feels good to drive away with a clean car in good repair.
Although I was pleased with the results of my visit yesterday, I was a bit displeased coming in. I had tried to get service as a walk-in, as I've done many times in the past, stopping in while already in town on errands. They were too busy on several occasions and recommended getting an appointment. So I tried to get appointments on days it fit into my errands schedule and never could find an available time. After the warning light was on for over a month I finally got an appointment, which got me in and out in record time. And the lady who helped me was splendid...Allison, I believe.
Brian S was my salesman and he was so great to work with. I test drove two cars before making a decision on purchasing. They were able to work with my budget and I got the car I???ve wanted for awhile. They were all so great
Joshua Treat was both very busy and absolutely with me and my wife when we came in to buy a car. Since we had a COSTCO relationship established there was no bickering over price and no hassle. We got a Bolt, which is a different breed of vehicle than a gas powered one, and Joshua gave us enough information to get out of the dealership with no mishaps. Maybe a little more practical advice about how to use/deal with an Electric Vehicle would be nice, but that is very hard to give just the right amount. Excellent service, and so far it appears to be an excellent choice for vehicle.
Buying my 2017 Certified Pre Owned Ford Fusion Titanium was the easiest transaction ever! It was worth the short drive from Everett not to mention the Tax savings! I would highly recommend this dealer.
First time car shopper at Frontier Ford. After failing to make a deal on a used vehicle at another dealership Frontier had one of the models we were looking at so we figured why not give them a shot before heading South to other dealerships off I-5. Our salesman Sean was helpful and pleasant to work with. He wanted to sell us a vehicle but wasn’t pushy. The road we test drove on was a quiet little road next to the refinery. The road is perfect for testing out the vehicle in pretty much any way you need to.
We drive a hard bargain so we thought for a bit that we weren’t going to be able to make a deal. We are experienced car buyers and the negotiations weren’t as bad as a lot of places we’ve been to but there never really fun especially when your tired and hungry. Sean gave us a protein bar and waters during the process. Ultimately the dealership wanted our business and won us over on a Hail Mary. We wanted to shop local at a local dealership but aren’t willing to make a lot of concessions to do so. I feel we got a great value on the out the door price. We were offered many extras but did not purchase any so I cannot speak to that.
The only thing that triggered us was essentially being forced to purchase a vehicle tracking device called Spireon Kahu. It is similar to LoJack and the dealer stated that they install it as a security device to protect their assets and it probably lowers their insurance cost. Long story short we did not want to purchase the tech but it was already installed on the vehicle. We negotiated the price of the tech and ultimately agreed to leave it installed as the dealer stated it would cost money to remove it. Now to the fun part. The 2015 Dodge Dart we purchased is for our teenage son. Using the app for the Tech on a smartphone we can monitor where he is at and be notified if he exceeds a set speed. We chose 65mph. We can also set up an electronic perimeter as well as monitor the vehicle battery from the Kahu app. We got an insurance discount for the active tracking system and trust me you need it when insuring teenagers. I probably sound like a Kahu salesman but hindsight we have no regrets leaving the tech installed. Just make sure you ask the sales staff whether it is installed or not and whether you will be force to purchase it or if it will increase the price of the vehicle if you want it removed. It worked out for us but it may not work out for you. Thanks Frontier for helping us find our son a safe and hopefully reliable vehicle!
My salesman at the Frontier Ford dealership was very personable which made the car buying experience so much fun. I had my 11 year old son with me and even though we were there for quite some time trying to pick out my dream car, Zack kept us both enertained during the whole process. Very hospitable. I will return to Frontier Ford for any future vehicle needs.
Great car buying experience. Did everything to make me feel comfortable and never pushed for a sale. I was very picky and shopped for a long time. Great service and great respect. If you come here you will not be disappointed.
Within a five hundred miles of where I live there were only 2 2015 Ruby Red Mustang Convertibles One at Frontier and one south of Seattle. Frontier's pricing from the start was spot on. It was just under 400 miles to Frontier and well worth the trip. Salesman JR was great as was the Sales mgr. David. Very pleasant buying experience. A few weeks later I realized that I had two left boot covers. Apparently a factory screw up. Both David the Sales Mgr and the Gen mgr Mike Z stepped up to the plate and ordered and shipped me the right part. Adam in the Service Dept was also helpful in fixing this. Wish this dealer was closer.

Tony B. met us in the parking lot. Very casual, no pressure. Not like the other dealerships we went to. They made us feel like fresh meat at a piranha convention! We test drove a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. We were looking for a pickup but had no luck after 2 weeks up and down the I5 corridor from Seattle to Bellingham. Tony B. was very patient and polite. The experience was refreshing to say the least.
So, we bought what we needed, (NEEDED not WANTED. I wanted a Lamborghini Countach but my wife said it would be difficult to fit a tow hitch on it).
Shout out also to Jeff. He helped us out by arranging a couple of fixes to the vehicle. Needless to say we were very impressed by the service. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. When we win the Lotto we will buy all our future vehicles from Dewey Griffin.
We cant say enough of our experience at the Bellingham Toyota dealership. Crystal Mervyn was our first contact. Very professional! With her quick response and online quotes she brought us to the dealership. Crystal Glynn closed the deal on not one but two vehicles. Very smooth process. Wendy Hugo made the finance portion look so easy. All three show a high level of knowledge and are very professional in what they do and should be commended for their great attitude and hard work.
My salesman, Bob H. was the best!He even came on on his day off to make sure I could test drive with no pressure or time limit. He made sure I got a vehicle that fit me. THANK YOU Bob!
