Excellent Service Department

My wife and I stopped by the Toyota Service Department on January 8, 2018 to have an accessory installed on our recently purchase Toyota Highlander. Since it took a bit over an hour (just dropped in on a busy morning, no appointment), we were able to experience and observe several customer interfaces with the Service Department personnel. In a word: WOW! From the moment we pulled up to the door, we were met and greeted by courteous, personable professionals. Rather than the first time for us to be visit, Allan Nott employees treated us like old friends. We poured a coffee, ate a banana, and relaxed. So for the next hour or so, we watched as each and every customer received the same level of courteous attention that had been given to us. Actually. this attention our wants and needs extended back from our first visit while shopping for our Highlander. The salesman, Steve, sold us the car we wanted; the sales manager worked with us on pricing and the finance manager had us taken care of quickly with some of the neatest computer interface equipment we've ever seen. Our salesman was knowledgeable and made us feel like we were his most important customer. While we had shopped within a ninety mile radius, it was great to find what we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay, just up the highway. While not "in our backyard", Lima is convenient enough that we will use Allan Nott for all of our routine service requirements, too.
