My husband and I had the best experience at Lupient we've ever experienced at a car dealership! Seamus and Dustin, with the help of Chad as well, made trading our 2015 Sierra SLT for a new 2017 Sierra Denali Ultimate not only quick and easy, but it was very enjoyable and we appreciated truly being treated as a guest and not just another potential buyer. Seamus went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. As long as the Lupient team continues to deliver the personal touch, we will be Lupient loyal.
I went to this dealership to buy a used car. However it didn't work out for me. I wasn't able to leave with a new car at that moment due to my own circumstances. The service was still exceptional and courteous. Very welcoming environment and straight to the business. I do plan on going back soon, when my unfortunate circumstances change. After driving for 4 days from Oregon on our way to Wisconsin, oil life in our Verano was at 4% when we reached Rochester, so we decided to stop at the dealership where we bought our car in 2013 to see if they would be able to do an oil change while we waited. Even though it was after three PM this was not an issue and we were on our way, with a clean car to boot, in less than an hour. The technician also mentioned that our air filter was looking dirty and replaced it.
I was so impressed with Lupient and their service department. The salesman who sold me my car (then called Viking) was very nice and helpful. He made the buying experience easy and painless. Lupient's service department cannot be beat. Brian is always friendly, helpful, and professional. He answers any questions I have and takes care of any general maintenance on my car. Everyone in the service department works hard to help me feel like I'm a person and not just another car. We were so impressed that when we went shopping for a truck for my husband, the first and only place we went was Lupient!
Seriously, the best car buying experience we have ever had and we have purchased at Mazda in the past. James went above and beyond to get us the car we loved and we cannot thank him enough! Schyler was great to work with. I set up an appointment to test drive a used Tahoe. We got there and they had it all ready for us to test drive. They where all upfront with what was wrong with it and it was nothing major. It has a small power steering leak and it looks like someone keyed it. So there is a scratch all the way down the passenger side. I wasnt worried about that. We talking with the mechanic that inspected it. He answered all of our question. The only thing I would have to say that I didn't like is Schyler asked many time if we wanted to buy it without letting us talk things over with each other. Other then that they all were great. They didn't try and get us to buy a new car or anything like that. We did get the Tahoe and loving it. He did make sure it was what we where looking for before we started any paperwork. If I ever am looking for a new vehicle again they will be the first place I check with. Thank you Rochester Mazda.
Great and friendly place to purchase a vehicle from. I worked with Cory on my new Highlander purchase and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Cory followed up on all my emails quickly even when I knew he wasn't in the office. Very easy place to do business. I have purchased three new vehicles from them and will continue to use them in the future.

This is the second new car we have purchased from Rochester Toyota with the help of Mike Berletic. Mike makes the experience of buying a a car very easy and pleasant. I enjoy the no pressure approach of all the people at the dealership.
We are very pleased with the excellent service and value received from Rochester Toyota and in particular from Mike Jasik. Both the Dealership and Mike get a 10 out of 10 for transparency, honesty, and service. It was a pleasure to work with them. We have been looking for a new car since the middle of August and have spent considerable time on the internet and talking to Dealerships. I called Mike at Rochester Toyota because I heard through the grapevine that the Dealership had a specific vehicle that we were interested in. He answered the phone, I told him what I wanted and that I just wanted a price not a bargaining session with the Sales Manager in between. He immediately responded with “I can do that; Yes we have that vehicle and the price will be this much.” He hit a price point the first time that was below what I had hoped for and the vehicle was just what we were looking for.
Our experience with George Czapiewski at Rochester Toyota was excellent. From our first contact with George in May test driving a Highlander, and our recent Highlander purchase, George was always professional and answered all of our questions. He valued our time and treated us with great respect. He was knowledgeable about all the features and trim levels. I would rate his professional sales techniques as 5 Stars out of 5.
I got such a good deal from Rochester Toyota that it was worth it for me to fly to Rochester from Louisville Kentucky to get the vehicle. George Czapiewski even came to the airport to pick me up! George made the car buying process quick and easy.
