This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I was initially somewhat apprehensive due to the remote nature of the sale(buying a car in KY and shipping it to CT). Leo was so kind and so professional every step of the way! He patiently answered all my questions and effectively resolved any concerns I had brought up. He sent me pictures and video of the vehicle and delivered as promised. Love this truck/Jeep! I moved from a SUV to this Gladiator and have never looked back! I have not found anything that I cannot do! If you have any sort of lift, have the fasteners checked every 30,000 miles. Just a FYI, I speak from experience.

Went to the dealership in August of 2020 to get a 2 door Willy. They did not have any and due to COVID did not know when they were getting any in. I had just purchased a grand Cherokee from same dealership about a year prior but needed a jeep wrangler as I previously owned one. They had a 2020 Jeep Gladiator sport on the showroom floor with a ton of extras (2 inch lift kit, all Fox shocks, coated bed liner, custom bed cover (hard shell), 34” all terrain tires, Matt black 18” wheels, led light bar mounted right in front of the front windshield, 2 led lights at front on either side, custom soundproofing on the inside hard shell top and I think the beefed up tow package but not sure. Within the first 2000 miles loaded a 35’ tv weighing 5800 pounds and headed out to Utah from Chicago driving through Colorado. The thing was phenomenal towing this heavy rv up and down the mountain pass on I 70. At a gas station some guy with a fifth wheel and a Ford F350 asked me what I was doing towing such a big rv with such a small truck. Kinda laughed. Saw him on the road later going up a mountain pass and blew right past him in my small truck. This truck has been nothing short of amazing. The dealership I purchased from is the best I’ve ever dealt with (Fields Chrysler/Jeep in Glenview, Il). They always have a loaner if needed. They are awesome. I bought in August of 2020 and today I have just shy of 70k miles on it and still running strong. I do not know why everyone says these things top off at 97 mph. I have gotten mine up to 110mph with a bit of room to spare. Gets to over a 100mph rather quickly. Maybe I just lucked out on a good one. I’ve read a lot of people complaining about a little water run off from the front door design. They are not wrong but you bought a freakin jeep, you’re not going to melt. Grow a set. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Best part with all the extras that came with it I got it for 49k with 15 miles on it. That same gladiator was there when I bought my grand Cherokee. I guess they were sick of it sitting on their showroom floor because back then it was listed for a tad over 60k.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

We did our research and love everything from the mechanics to the abilities of this truck. It is great for our camping off road. It’s not the most comfortable ride but the Laramie edition is

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Fast and friendly. And also didn't get upset when I was late due to traffic.

The process to purchase our vehicle was fairly quick. The trade in value for our other vehicle was acceptable. The customer service rep and finance manager were very nice and willing to work with numbers to help get in a range I was happy with.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

We always have a great experience when we stop in or call for service. Employees like Darwin Bryant has the answer and sets us up with what ever we need, warranty, updates, general maintenance.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

We had a very nice experience buying our new Grand Cherokee at Bob Allen in Danville Ky. David went on our test drive and helped us answer many questions. Austin May and Rodney Compton helped with the completion of the purchase. They were all very professional and made it an enjoyable experience. Great job! We love the Grand Cherokee!

We have owned our GMC Sierra 1500 for approximately 9 years now. The only real disappointment with the vehicle is that we had to have a full transmission replacement Just after the 100k mile without any warning whatsoever. The truck now has 107k miles on it and now , again out of nowhere, we are experiencing slipping in the trans and the engine light is now flashing. Very disappointing since we are starting to feel uncertain about the reliability of the vehicle now. The truck itself is gorgeous and shows ZERO signs of its age, sporting new rims and tires and a lifted body and no rust on the body at all. We hope there are no major issues with the engine as the vehicle has always been maintained as needed and on time for regular servicing at the dealership.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Love this dealership. Bought my car in 2010. Love my Yaris. Recalls are quickly taken care of. I didn't know I had a recall till the Service Rep told me. I had gotten an oil change and was advised at that time. I live in Georgetown, but don't mind the drive when I KNOW my car is cared for properly. All the folks working at this dealership are kind, and enjoy a sense of humor. The service Rep who take care of me on 2/19/18 was especially kind. I even received free girl scout cookies and free cold water.

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

I love my Nissan Frontier SV 4x4.. I have 24,000 miles on it with no problems but a back door lock issue that was repaired. The Nissan dealer was great. It’s very comfortable and drives like a luxury suv. I have no complaints. We had a Tacoma before and it was so uncomfortable. It has a lot of getup and go. Fun to drive. I am very happy with this truck

About one month ago, we purchased an older SUV. We needed a vehicle that was capable of towing. We were shocked when the owner, Mr. Gabbard, came into Matt's office to meet us. We were treated the same as the purchasers of a new luxury vehicle! We had not ever experienced that before. The reason that we went with Sutherland Chevrolet was due to a previous experience, where our son & his mom were shopping for a vehicle for him. We did not feel that he was taken advantage of because of his youth. There was no pressure. They did not seek to go beyond his needs. We would highly recommend Sutherland because there is not pressure and they are trustworthy. There were no "extra fees" thrown in at the last minute - the final price was exactly as agreed to , with no last minute adjustments in their favor. It was the best buying experience we have ever hard - so simple and NO GAMES! From the first conversation with Matt, to Libby, to Mr. Gabbard, to Gerry & others, everyone treated us well. They are professional and so polite. Finally, we will highly recommend Sutherland to anyone we know who is searching for a vehicle -- and that certainly includes family members.

Have driven Jeeps in the military and loved the performance and easy maintenance. Have 2 Jeeps now and looking to replace one of my Jeep with another one. Love Jeeps!!

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

Buying a car can be very stressful. Finding the right car, the right dealer and the right bank all factor into the investment you’re about to make. From the second I pulled into the dealership Josh greeted me and went right to work. He instantly made me feel like I had known him for years and I had only just met him seconds prior. After looking at cars on the lot I came to realize the car for me wasn’t there so he took to his desk and we began the search online. After looking at several, I finally narrowed it down. He had the car brought to the lot that day!!! I instantly feel in love! Unfortunately, due to something out of our control I didn’t get to drive it off the lot that day. My credit wasn’t the best, but despite that Josh never gave up on finding the right lending company to work with me. As the weekend past and Monday rolled around I finally got the call. He said congratulations you just bought a car!!!! I couldn’t have been more excited! We arranged the next day to sign the paperwork and pick up my car!!! This was my first huge investment. I was very relieved that I made the right decision by going there. The customer service and buying process overall was fantastic! I would definitely refer anyone looking to buy a new or used car to Josh!!!

This truck is a perfect size to easily park and it allows me to get all the ranch supplies I need. I can easily take my grand children to school or run errands.

My mom bought a new car the week before me. I feel like they gave her a great deal and everything checked out with Kelly blue book value so I went the next week and bought my self a car as well. Connor was great, honest and quick!

My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.
