Due to a quote for two miner issues in my 2019 Terrain I decided to check out Shaheens. One item was quoted $150 less and the other one was $200 less. I was a drive up customer and I was still treated with timely service and respect. Shaheens is now my go to for all my auto service needs.

LaFontaine Ford Lansing review
Everything falls on Courtney's shoulders. I live 2 hours away from Lansing. I sent a email interest in a Used truck Monday around 10PM. The next morning Courtney contacted me to tell me the truck I was interested in was available. Between phone calls and text messages my wife and I talked to her several times that Tuesday. By Tuesday night we bought the truck. Just by pictures and videos Courtney sent us. Our financing was pre approved but your fiance manager gave us a better deal he even stayed past 6pm to earn our business. The next day before noon the truck was in our driveway! Free delivery is AWESOME! The truck is everything Courtney said it was. We are very happy with it. Our feelings Courtney deserves a Salesperson of the month award and a big fat bounus.

Shaheen ChevroletReviews
Shaheen Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a car dealer who genuinely has your best interests at heart, look no further than Tobbie Lansdell and the Shaheen Automobile Group. From start to finish, the entire lease process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. The distinguishing feature of this experience was the exceptional transparency provided?each aspect of the lease was thoroughly clarified, ensuring complete understanding and eliminating any unexpected surprises. Complications developed when my previous dealership refused to respond or cooperate. Tobbie stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything without missing a beat. His communication was prompt, his knowledge was impressive, and his willingness to go above and beyond was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a dealership. This level of service exemplifies what doing business the right way looks like. I cannot recommend Tobbie and Shaheen Automotive Group highly enough ? an absolute 5-star experience in every sense!

Very professional and very prompt in responding to questions. If you're looking for a classic car in top condition they are one of the top dealers in the country. They are expensive but if you want a quality used vehicle the prices are fair.
