Went to novak a couple of weeks ago to look at one of the rams they had, Rodney treated me and we took it for a test drive. Pleased I knew I would want the truck but had to sell my car first (to low of a trade) Rodney understood and let me walk out with out any pressure, that right there is something you don't find at car dealerships.. Rodney stayed in touch with me over the next two weeks and when my car got sold, I drove straight over to novak in Hope's the truck I wanted was still there, and it was! I bought it and pretty happy with my purchase. Pros - no bs, no dealer drama, seemingly very good low mileage off lease cars/trucks. Cons - no haggling.. You might be able to knock a little bit off the price but you are pretty much going to pay what it says on the sticker.. Which of you have a tight budget, isn't good. But with that said I would recommend Novak motors to others as the actual buying experience was great.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

2016 Kia Sorento review
I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

2014 Bentley Flying Spur review
The build quality is clearly above your typical mass-produced luxury sedans. Did I mention the endless power? The vehicle has a very comfortable ride, but very responsive steering. I am showing a 5 Star reliability rating, but only time will tell.

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

2017 Volvo S60 Cross Country review
I bought this car used at a very good price. It is luxurious and I really prefer the height to the s60 I had before, living in the country with harsh winters. Very nice to drive even with a firmer feel. We also have an XC70 which is a great car for long-distance travel. So many features are standard and the upgraded sound system is wonderful.

2024 Audi Q8 e-tron review
I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

2015 Subaru WRX STI review
I gave only 4 stars on performance but 5 stars on everything else. The power output has been the same since 2004 using the same engine platform from day 1 and needed some more poines (I always thought they should have been 6 cylinders and turbcharged), reliability has always been pretty good for me with these cars but overall it gets a soild 5 stars. I've had 6 Subarus and all of them have been great cars.

I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.
2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. My wife and I decided I needed a used car December 12th 2019 Sands was the only place we were going but didn't want to share that information when we walked in I guess sometimes you need to keep people guessing. You know my wife and I have bought many new cars and it was the keep you here for 6 hours,disappear with registration,we can't give you numbers unless you commit to buy game. Well completely different was greeted by Greg a salesman ask what I was looking for we told he he graciously walked outside started the car came back in gathered so simple information at this point they had our business didn't show hand just yet Greg stated car was warm we would all take a ride. Closing the deal was actually pretty fast he presented Matt the sales manager paperwork Greg came back and said car is yours ,I mean it wasn't longer then 3-5 minutes from when Matt ran my wife's credit we had decision with amazing intrest rate. We were passed on to Rose a real sweetheart who had the wonderful job of taking care of all the paperwork God Bless Her, we chose to add gap insurance and I think with used cars an extended warranty doesn't hurt either take it from me I always get used the wife gets new lol.Rose spent maybe 30-45 minutes if that and I walked around thanked Matt,and Greg for making this the best experience ever. My only regret is I didn't realize they had 3 lots until the following day with so many used cars I may have bought something different and spent more but I'm happy. To all who helped us have a blessed holiday and my wife and I will be back to trade her car in on a new one.

2023 Acura TLX review
TLX platform is absolutely excellent. The car has fantastic road feel thanks to double wishbone suspension and redesigned chassis. The DCT transmission feels precision and having 10 gears puts you in the perfect torque range almost always. The engine is a Honda K engine that can handle 1k hp. I have fwd which is absolutely perfect, simple car. The SH-AWD system is truly best of its kind. The fact that this almost perfect platform was discontinued is a sad commentary on the state of cars.

2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

2018 Lexus GS 350 review
This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability
