I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Earth's, Yony's professionalism, transparency, accessibility and promptness to questions/concerns was outstanding.

I didn't buy the Buick but I did purchase the 2009 Infinity G37. So far so good!! My husband and I love the car. We actually fight over it!! It was a good buy. This is the 2nd car I've bought thru Lone Star Auto and I'm really happy with my decisions... nice and friendly staff. There was lots of inventory to choose from. We test drove the infinity noticed a lil wobble and pointed out a tire splitting... mentioned it to the sales guy, Lundy, he had it fixed in matter of minutes with a new tire and we test drove it again and no wobble!! We did test drive an older Acura and we actually loved it too... we decided on the infinity and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Delores and Lundy we were on the road and out of there in no time. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

recently bought a truck. never bought a vehicle in this type of setting so was skeptical. Requested permission take vehicle to personal mechanic and fee was $500 that would not be returned if any issue other than engine or drive train was compromised. This was a redflag--as if to discourage discovery. Because it had a salvage title this evaluation by a certified mechanic was essential. The mechanic evaluation checked out OK so it appears that the company does put some effort into selectivity of vehicles in terms of operational quality and safety. Michael was the salesperson and was able to answer all questions; selling process was smooth. There was a front end shimmy on the test drive and the issue was fixed (tire balance). I was told by Michael to contact him if the issue persisted--that was appreciated. Overall process was good but would still feel more comfortable if autos were " guaranteed" for at least a reasonable time frame wihout an extra charge--but took that risk . So far seems like I got lucky, saved a bundle with a vehicle that runs great with no overt issues. I noticed that in some of the reviews that I read the owner responded to those that had raised concerns. That's commendable--shows concern for others and his reputation

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

The Sport Motor Cars team was great to work with and found me the car of my dreams within my budget. They made me feel like family and had my best interest in mind. I enjoyed my experience with them and have referred them to my friends and relatives.
