My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

I had trouble making the appointment to see the car and Rich bent over backwards to rearrange his schedule to meet my timeline. He was very informational about any questions i had. I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Had them treat my Ram 1500 with Corrosion Free rustproofing. Katlyn answered all my questions by email and set up the appointment. I believe they did a very thorough job as it took them nearly 4 hours. They also supplied me with a loaner car to use while they worked on my truck.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I bought a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer from Runde Chevrolet. The experience was the most fun I've ever had finding a vehicle. The team took very good care of me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Geoff Barklow again. I will return. The truck looks great and as a Healthcare traveler, I don't have many worries about being stuck in the cold states as winter approaches. I feel confident that this truck will take good care of me as well.

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!
