Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Courteous & knowledgeable salesman. Made a lot of effort to get me the exact car I wanted in a timely manner. Took as much time as I needed to learn how the car worked after it was delivered.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Friendly and fast employees will get my vehicle serviced there again. Also will recommend my friends and family to service their vehicles there too if they can.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Highly motivated sales crew. Went the extra mile to get me into a car I was interested in. Took a test drive. Found an issue. Went back. Car went straight into their shop. Turned out a wire had come loose (the car had been on their lot for several weeks; hard to say what happened), but they fixed it. Took another test drive. Everything was good. The next day I closed the deal. In fact, they had sold me a car by the time a big-time Pittsburgh dealer emailed me to say the car I was interested in through them wasn't available. Got the car home, had a local shop put it up on a rack because of a strange noise. Underneath, the car was *extremely clean*. My guess was two new tires, but it looked like this dealer had put new brakes on both axles as well. The strange noise -- a dust shield had gotten bent somehow, and was rubbing. Overall, the car I bought was how they described it on this site. Pleasant to deal with. These folks really want to sell you a car! I would purchase from them again.

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.
