Broadway Garage review
Managed to track down a car with a hard to find drivetrain option that Broadway Garage had. Arrived late in the day to look at it. Karlee put a plate on it to test drive and then left me to inspect the car as thoroughly as I wished, on my own. No pressure from a salesperson trying to speed things along, or steer me away from any potential problem areas. Then I took a test drive, alone, just like back in the day, no salesperson, no pressure. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Could not have been happier with my experience.
2015 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

Kelly and Carlie were excellent to work with. Extremely helpful and efficient buying process. Also, they offer a 90 day / 4500 mile warranty. I'm very happy with my purchase process.
2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

2014 Chrysler Town & Country review
Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Marchese Ford, Inc. review
Wow what a great place to do business with. I leased a new F 150 from Marchese Ford, and my experience was fantastic. There were no high pressure sales games, which made it a pleasure. They found me a truck that met my needs and then some, and stayed within my budget. I would recommend them to anyone within a 100 mile radius !

Bachetti's Auto SalesReviews
Bachetti's Auto Sales review
I just bought my new used car at Bachettis in Sheffield Mass. A venture I did not want to partake! Then I met "Art" the salesman. With his honesty & humor, my dreaded task turned into being a pleasure!!! LeeAnn who works the front desk & did the final paperwork she went over a few things with me, with a smile on her face. So, if your looking for a used car & want it to be a friendly no pressure experience then I strongly suggest to take a trip to Bachettis auto sales! Thanks Bachettis !
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Litchfield Ford review
My entire experience with Litchfield Ford was excellent . The people there were very attentive and polite and answered my every question and every worry that comes with buying a used, but new vehicle. Sam was the salesman who sold me the car and he made me feel very comfortable about every question I had to ask him . Hunter was the tech guy who went through the entire truck with me after the sale was finalized and I couldn’t have had a better experience learning about the truck than I did with Hunter. I would definitely go back there again!!!

North East Ford review
We took our F 350 Superduty in for a NYS inspection and an oil change. John, our adviser in service pointed out we were due for fuel filter changes. So making sure the truck is properly maintained, we opted for the filter changes also. Because we were caught off guard on the filter change charges John cut us a little break on the price. We truly appreciated that. Once again, we were not disappointed with the service at Northeast Ford.

Hoffman HondaReviews
Hoffman Honda review
ASK FOR SIMON ... DRIVE AWAY WITH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND A BEAUTIFUL CAR Recently, my car lease expired so I decided to reconnect with my longtime go-to at Hoffman Honda of Avon/Simsbury — Simon Karikari. Admittedly, prior to my visit to the dealership, I felt a little skeptical about whether Simon and team would have something this go round that would truly fit my needs. However, within minutes of my arrival, Simon proved once again why I had come back. From start to finish, the sales experience was smooth, relaxed, and pressure-free. Most of the paperwork was handled ahead of time online, and once I arrived, everything moved quickly and efficiently. For his part, it should be mentioned that Simon is personable, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. No sales gimmicks, no awkward pushing — just a down-to-earth guy who knows how to make the process simple and comfortable. A shoutout as well to Mix, who was equally professional, transparent, and easy to talk to throughout the process. And then came the best part — seeing the car: a beautiful 2026 Honda Civic. I was delighted. Even without being the top trim/model, Honda consistently equips these cars with impressive features and a sleek, modern design inside and out. The entire experience felt seamless, reassuring, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end. If you’re considering a Honda, I'd highly recommend Hoffman Honda of Avon/Simsbury. Ask for Simon Karikari — he’ll take great care of you, and there’s a very good chance you’ll leave smiling behind the wheel of a beautiful new car.

Irwin Automotive GroupReviews
Irwin Automotive Group review
Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
