Walked in, was greeted by this very pleasant lady that actually dropped what she was doing to actually even acknowledge that I was there, which is a very pleasant pleasant feeling. I am an old lady partially handicapped and am completely ignored much of the time. Especially when trying to buy a car. Anyway this wonderful lady, JENNY MARTIN not only acknowledge my presence but when I told her why I was there and what car I wanted she simply made it happen. In one hour and 16 minutes from the time she said hello I was driving out in my new (to me) car. Quite frankly JENNY MARTIN went way above and beyond anything expected from anyone. She ran back and forth getting everything accomplished in a very fast but extremely careful and exact way. This was the fastest and smoothest transaction I have ever had. Buying a truck from over 100 miles away usually feels like ordering barbecue through a keyhole… you hope it’s good, but you’re not entirely sure what’s on the other side. That was me, parked behind a screen, working through Carfax listings and a Capital One preapproval, eyeballing a pro-owned 2020 Nissan Frontier at Byers Chevrolet. Now, credit where it’s due, the online listing had more photos than a proud grandparent’s wallet. Clean shots, clear angles, nothing hiding in the shadows. But I’m the kind of guy who wants to see what’s going on underneath too. I asked for a few undercarriage pics, and Eddie Castenada didn’t blink. Sent them over quick and clean. That’s the moment you think, “Alright… these folks might actually be straight shooters.” I scheduled a Saturday appointment, then did what any reasonable person does… changed the plan and showed up early. Eddie wasn’t in, which is usually the part of the movie where the music gets a little tense. But that’s when Austin Needham steps in. Now there’s always that moment when you meet a new salesperson… you’re both sizing each other up like two dogs at a fence. But Austin? He skipped all that. Calm, easygoing, no pressure. Within about 90 seconds, I went from “Let’s see how this goes” to “Alright, I can work with this guy.” We took the Frontier out for a test drive, and Austin’s demeanor didn’t change one bit. Same steady tone, same authentic feel. No sales script, no tap-dancing… just a guy who knows how to let the truck do the talking. And I’ll say this, he carries himself with a level of confidence that goes a whole lot further than his years might suggest. Then came the part everyone braces for… the negotiation. And here’s where Byers surprised me. No marathon. No “let me talk to my manager” disappearing act. I moved a little, they moved a little… done. Quick, fair, and refreshingly free of the usual nickel-and-dime routine. It felt more like a conversation than a contest. Next stop, finance, where I met Luke Flowers. Now I walked in with a preapproval from Capital One at around 10%, thinking I was set. Luke takes a look and says, “Mind if I try to beat that?” That’s usually dealer-speak for “this might take a while,” but sure enough, he comes back and knocks it down to 8%. Any time someone saves you two points on a loan, that’s not just paperwork… that’s real money back in your pocket. And I don’t care who you are, that’ll put a little extra pep in your step walking out the door. End of the day, the whole experience at Byers Chevy in Groveport was exactly what you hope for but don’t always get… low stress, professional, and actually pleasant. Eddie set the tone early with responsiveness. Luke delivered where it counts. But Austin? He’s the guy who tied the whole thing together. Calm, genuine, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re shopping from a distance and wondering if the trip is worth it… yeah, it is. And if you get Austin… well, go ahead and relax a little. You’re in good hands.

They gave us a pretty decent test drive. (up to Lithopolis and Coonpath intersection and back) The salesman was very, very low pressure and friendly. Broke the stereotype. They provided a lunch of pop from a touch screen soda machine, hot dogs, and cookies. We had issues overnight that were odd, but they were resolved, and the dealer agreed to check out the car the next day, and gave us a substantial courtesy charge of the vehicle. I will be reviewing the vehicle separately- a Kia EV6 Wind(basic trim) and will encourage the buyer to do so as well, but I have nothing but good things to say about it. If you go, ask for Nevada. They didn't try to up the price just because we didn't finance.

2022 Chrysler Voyager review
The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

2018 Kia Sedona review
I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.
