Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel review
I am extremely satisfied with my experience working with David Cooper and I recommend connecting with him directly via an appointment if you are thinking of making a purchase at this location. I came in to explore options on my expiring lease. David was upfront from the beginning. He fairly presented our options and was honest in which deal made the most sense, despite the fact he was not going to personally benefit.

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

Marcus was excellent. I have purchased numerous cars and this by far was my best experience. No back and forth with the manager just a straight forward deal. He helped us set the car up and when he turned us over to the finance dept Angela was just as helpful.

Enjoyed the low/no pressure environment immensely. The staff treats you with respect and makes you feel comfortable. David Cooper was our salesperson and went out of his way to give us as much information as possible to ensure we felt good about our decision. Happy with our purchase and the time it took to make the purchase. Would gladly buy from them again.

Volkswagen of Wesley Chapel review
If you are looking for a car in the Tampa Area/St. Pete area, then VW of Wesley Chapel is the place to go. It was a great experience, from Matt the GM, to David Cooper in Sales, to Rolo and Finance. they were awesome!! The attentiveness, honesty and integrity was a breath of fresh air. We had a vision for what type of VW we wanted as well as a budget, and both of those needs were met exponentially. My family and I a super grateful for these guys and the work they are doing there. I am pretty sure that the next car we purchase will be from there as well. Thanks guys and God Bless!! Like

Josh did a great job turning us from a used hyundai to a Certified VW and we couldn't be happier. From our first email interaction to the final signing Josh made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Thanks for making it so smooth Josh. It was a great learning experience for my son on how buying a car should be.

Bayshore AutomotiveReviews
Bayshore Automotive review
April is absolutley awesome to work with, from the first time we spoke and through the whole buying process from flying down there, having our jeep shipped to us and still after the delivery. She was either a phone call, a text or email away with any questions or concerns that I had even after hours. Had a very small problem with an insert on the wheels and how it was strapped down by the driver of the shipping company ( nothing April or Bayshore had done) she jumped right in not having to and had a replacement in the mail to us within a day. April Thanks for everything! You rock

Dealership was easy to deal with over the phone, friendly and not pushy with add ons or up sales. Cash purchase from 6 hrs away and delivered new vehicle to our location. Only trouble I had was getting in touch with them for wire but it was the week before Christmas so I imagine they were busy. Overall good experience.
