Volkswagen of Old Saybrook and Mystic review
I have been coming to this dealership for some time now, sometimes for scheduled visits, sometimes for surprise visits like this last week when my check engine light came on. Jeremy and Gary worked with the technician to get my vehicle right in to find out we had a sensor go bad. The sensor was replaced and I was on the road in under 2hrs. So thankful they are there.

Purchasing a pre-owned vehicle can often feel overwhelming, but Evan made the whole process completely stress-free. From the minute I walked in, the entire staff greeted me with warmth and great energy. Evan was patient, answered every single question about the vehicle's history, and gave me complete confidence in my choice. Honest, accommodating, and zero sales pressure—definitely ask for Evan if you want a great pre-owned car-buying experience!

I don't believe that I would be able to put my experience with this dealership into words. Everyone was simply amazing! I have been shopping around for a vehicle and the level of comfort I felt stepping foot into this place of business was absolutely remarkable. The moment Ann called me I knew I would be purchasing the vehicle I inquired about and I was right to think so; we clicked instantly and she guided me every step of the way. There was no obstacle this amazing team wasn't prepared, capable or willing to take on in order to help me purchase my first vehicle and I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you so much and continue to provide great service over at VW of Stamford. :)
