Let me just first start by saying that sometimes God himself will connect you to the right people. Yesterday was nothing short of a blessing! The staff at this dealership went above and beyond for me yesterday! NOTHING BUT GOD. The atmosphere was so calm and laid back. They are more than just nice! Yes, I drove from Gwinnett to pick up my car and it was worth it! I strongly suggest going here for your next vehicle! THANK YOU ALEX and CHAD!

Just bought my first car, it was the easiest most enjoyable experience. Megan V is so awesome!! Positive, friendly, and had my best interest at heart. I’m so grateful to have worked with her, I love my mazdaratti I couldn’t have a more perfect car for me! If you visit Mazda in Wilmington ask for Megan she’s super easy to get along with you’ll be sad when it’s over! 5 stars the best ever

This was one of my favorite cars I test drove, but also one of the base models. It has a huge trunk and tons of room for a car seat or 2. Gets an average of 38-40mpg which is awesome for my driving to and from work.

Excellence in all service of the vehicle from cruise to lights and wiper settings. Entertainment and assistive screen instrument pannel easy to use. Quick click and change of time done! It does illustrate the car needs to attention is low on air pressure or service needs that is helpful to a senior driver. Great Dance and love the flow on the roadways!

2015 Volkswagen Jetta review
If it's a 2.0 slow then it's very reliable. Bought the car new, now with 110k no major breakdowns. Make sure it had the proper timely maintenance and it be a good reliable car. Very slow but economic. Transmission fluid change is a must. I was late in it but after the change the car shifted much better.

2015 Volkswagen Jetta review
I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I recently purchased a white 2019 Honda accord from here and it was a great experience! They let you look without hassling you. I drove the car by myself to test drive it. Brian was awesome! I had been in an accident that was not my fault but needed a vehicle. He even came in on his day off to help me purchase. No pressure while I looked somewhere else for a couple of hours, in the end was back and ready to purchase. Highly recommend and will be back for another vehicle soon for my son. Thank you ‼️ easy purchase

I’m totally impressed with this engine in performance and reliability. The performance is legendary and I did not expect this in a mid sized vehicle. The economic benefits are also a valid reason I purchased this vehicle.

2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
I purchased this car new but kept it only 2 years as I needed more space for my growing kids, their friends, and their activities. Mine was a sport model with black and white interior. Despite a rather average gas mileage for the size of the car, everything else was solid and the car was pretty spacious inside. The sport tuned suspension made it more fun to drive than the average Jetta. The only regret that I had is that this year model didn't come with a sunroof, even as an option. Other than that, it's a great car for a small family and the interior is resistant to active children :)

I had been searching for weeks for my new atlas, did application online, he pulled my information, called me the next day, ans facilitated my car buying experience with ease. He met me as I walked through the door, explained everything in detail and got me rolling. All I will say is if you want to experience an awesome car buying 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd, or 4th go see this guy and his team. A while back I went on line just to do some market research for a possible new car. I was able to contact an internet representative and asked about a 2022 vw golf gti. She was very helpful. I was told the dealership had one scheduled to come in August. I took my car in and was referred to Dean Wentzel salesman. I told him about the offer to buy my car and that I was interested in a golf gti. He took my information and said he would do his best to mark the car as sold to ensure I got it becausethey are in short supply. August 19, I got a call from both Dean and the internet sales rep saying my car was in. Dean took the majority of my documents via text so I wouldn't have to spend too much time at the dealership. Easiest transaction for a car i have had and I have had many. The car is great, the customer service is awesome and I would recommend purchasing from this dealership. Now it's time to play!!!

2020 Volkswagen Arteon review
Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

This is the second car I have bought here and both times have been a great experience! East Coast Volkswagen review
We only stopped by to look around. We knew it wouldn't be long before we would needed to replace our current ride. That's when we met George Haddad, a very nice gentleman, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us several there on the lot. We did actually find one we liked and that's when George went to work, he gathered all our information and told us about all our finance options. He then introduced us to business manager Daniel Fleur who helped us to complete our transaction and purchase a new (to us) vehicle from this dealership. These two were courteous, professional, and very understanding when we had questions. We will definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least consider coming here before making a final decision any where else.

East Coast Volkswagen review
This is the Third car we have purchased or leased from East Coast Volkswagen. Delaney was very Knowledgable and professional. She was able to locate the car with the exact color and interior that we wanted. Nit was a pleasure finalizing the transaction with her. We also always enjoy the great service at East Coast on our other cars.
2016 Volkswagen Jetta review
This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

Everyone was very nice. I was very impressed with David. I need to know when to bring it back for service.
2018 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.
