Derek, the Finance Manager, did far more than finalize the deal. Through no fault of their own, we ran into some issues with the title on my trade-in, and he stuck with me every step of the way—proactively texting updates and responding to my messages almost instantly. I brought my 2022 BMW X5 to United BMW Roswell for service and left in a 2026 X5. That says it all. My family and I needed new vehicles and we narrowed it down to either Audi, Lexus, or Volvo. We have 2 kids so we needed something safe, comfortable, and reliable but not sacrificing luxury either. We test drove each brand and talked to their sales team. Lexus was okay. Audi did not disappoint but the car felt a little uncomfortable and outdated. Volvo, however, we were blown away! We worked with Jeana and Kevin. Each created a relaxing atmosphere that you don’t really feel with other dealerships. They treated our children well too! They had little coloring books and snacks. As far the deals they have: second to none. We feel like the price was fair and everything was explained to us, not sold to us. We had so many questions and Kevin would basically give you a straight answer. No fluff, no extra BS. Buying a car is heavy work. It takes a lot of your time and a lot of your hard earned money. If you’re going to spend money on something, make sure you spend it WITH the right people. Kevin targeted deals that fit exactly what we needed. We feel like we get the best deal out of the 3 brands because the service was top notch. Our cars are dope. Couldn’t be happier!

Had a terrific experience buying an XC-60. Ashley knew the car well and answered our questions directly. We asked to drive several cars before we chose the 2022 B5 but Ashley was patient and pleasant as we made the decision. Excellent dealership!

Overall I strongly recommend the team at North point Volvo. They have always advocated for me and my warranty and have always treated me well. Most recently I did have an issue however where my car returned with a small ding that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I have yet to hear back from them on a resolution and I'm working on resolving this on my own but would have really liked if they had just quickly scheduled a PDR appointment for me to show up to. Still hoping it's a matter of following up with them and not them ignoring me.

It was a very efficient process and they had great customer service through it all! Can?t recommend Rick Small enough throughout the car searching process!

Ron was amazing to work with. Also, I love the facilities have snacks and coffee and a Whole Foods close by while you have to wait.
