Glen Cove Volvo Cars review
They Took Care of Us My husband and I can't say enough kind things about Volvo Cars Glen Cove. The entire team (sales, service, finance, and management) went above and beyond to help us bring home our certified pre-owned vehicle. Our story is, in many ways, out of the ordinary. We live out of state and found our dream Volvo on their website by chance. The sales associate (Jonathan) was responsive and energized. He even hosted a video call where he showed us the car in detail. When an issue came up with the vehicle after we had flown to NYC to pick it up, Kristin Hendrick, personally assisted us and made what could have been a difficult situation easy to understand. Her kindness and willingness to help was extraordinary. The service department was prompt and helpful and Deron in Finance was a pleasure to work with--answering questions about our new warranty and out-of-state registration. Volvo Cars Glen Cove took care of us and we would do business with them again.

I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!

I had the opportunity to make a deal with Mauro Alvarez, great guy and very attentive! I am very happy with my purchase
2023 Volvo XC40 review
This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

Glen Cove Volvo Cars review
My wife and I spent about two hours with Dennis Romero earlier this week test driving an XC 60 and reviewing options. Mr. Romero has a wonderfully soft and knowledgeable presentation style. We did not feel pressured at all, which had been a concern going in. My wife has not yet decided whether or not to replace her existing vehicle but if -- or rather when -- we will be going back to Dennis.

I am an ‘old guy’, I’ve owned many, many cars, many ‘badges’ on the steering wheels and I can honestly say that my experiences at Genesis of Ridgefield rank at the very top. Every single person has been polite, pleasant, professional and best of all knowledgeable. Thx G of R, keep up the great work.

Perfecr for a couple or small family. Downsized from an XC60 because I didn't need a big SUV. Has the same power. Not sorry I did.

Great commuter car. Adaptive cruise control is better than most. Good mpg. Very attractive. Agile and good is small spaces ( city driving ). Base sound system should have more power.

Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I can confidently say that this was the most seamless and enjoyable dealership experience I have ever encountered. This success is entirely down to the incredible team, especially our salesperson, Lana Vladi, and the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick. From the moment we walked in, Lana provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, completely free of any high pressure tactics. Lana took the time to understand exactly what we needed and guided us through the options with patience and genuine enthusiasm. She made the often stressful process of selecting a new car feel easy and fun. Equally impressive was the professionalism and care shown by General Manager Kristin Hendrick. She ensured the entire finalization process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. It is clear that Kristin sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and professionalism within the dealership. Knowing that the leadership team, like Kristin, is committed to excellence makes a huge difference. If you are looking for a new car and want an honest, pleasant, and first-class experience, ask for Lana Vladi. The combined dedication of Lana and Kristin makes this dealership truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

I bought a BMW here. At first I was hesitant because I had BMW certified options but I got a much better price than a BMW dealership and I am very satisfied with the condition of the vehicle and the whole sales process. Thank you Lawrence and manager Tamir for all your help!!

Very comfortable and easy getting around town after trading my big xxx Mercedes. Display and interaction very easily followed. First Volvo was 1969 that lasted 20 years. Glad to be back in a Volvo.

2023 Volvo XC40 review
After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

CarMax West BroadReviews
CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
2019 Volvo XC40 review
Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

CarMax North AttleboroReviews
CarMax North Attleboro review
I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. Thank you car max for making are dreams come true.
2019 Volvo XC40 review
This car exceeds what’s most important to our family. Driver’s main cabinets and dashboard are easily available. Car identifies and responses to outside objects quickly. Such a smooth and quite ride. As noted in some reviews. The touch screen is a bit delay in response. Otherwise. It’s a great ride.
