Didn't purchase a car here, but the salesperson was very good at letting us test drive multiple cars to help narrow down our decision.

CarMax IndependenceReviews
CarMax Independence review
Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

My new Volvo was purchased for the passenger seat comfort. It has adjustability and is perfect for a person who lives with spine problems and neck problems.

Ed Carroll Motor Co. review
It has been a wonderful experience buying a car from these folks. Jeff Holder and Kat McNutt could not have been any more professional and helpful walking me through the process of my purchase. I live in Kentucky and the car was in Colorado. Everything went smoothly and the car was even better than I had hoped for when delivered. Everyone on their team was great. Thanks also Lane Trujillo. My primary contact was Mr. Holder. Chapeau, Jeff, and many thanks!!
2021 Volvo XC60 review
This car drives as well as it looks. Very stylish. Lots of features even on the base model. Base stereo sounds almost as good as other premium systems. All the latest safety features. If it rode just a little better, it would be perfect. Mine has the twenty inch wheels and they look great. The T5 is not under powered.

Darren Sussman provided excellent and knowledgeable service. The dealership made our purchase efficient and simple.
2021 Volvo XC60 review
I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.
