Lovering Volvo Cars ConcordReviews
Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
We bought a vehicle at Lovering Volvo and having been out of state buyers we were pleased with the experience as we had no prior experience of knowledge of Lovering - we found the car thru online searches. The full experience was great and the amenities of registering the car at our home state DMV was awesome - the salesman - Thomas - was transparent and always returned calls as soon as possible. This is a rarity at some other dealerships. A smaller area of better transparency would be to provide more details about the service contracts at the time of purchase while in the finance managers office. Overall we are pleased with our experience at Lovering Volvo Concord, NH.

Ms. Mabie was great! She was very responsive to my questions and was quick to get back to me with my requests. Too bad it didn’t work out this time around, but will be keeping her in mind with future car purchases!

Thomas Cain didn’t have to sell me on a car as I am a repeat customer. What Thomas did was totally blow the stereotype of a car salesman out of the water! Not a cheesy line or hard sell was used, instead he knew how to shepherd me through the process with a refreshing attitude, utmost professionalism, honesty, and sincerity. Thomas rocks!

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
Last week I bought a 2019 Volvo XC-40 at Concord Lovering. My Product/Sales Specialist Thomas Cain was absolutely wonderful. I had done all my searching on-line and didn't have a car to trade in and was “challenged” when it came to being able to get to the dealership. Everyone at Concord Lovering made it possible for me to get back into a safe car – including moving a car that was in Meredith down to Concord and then Thomas bringing it to me to take it for a test drive! I appreciated their compassion – I am just getting back from an MVA four years ago – and they helped me so much to take this big step back to autonomy! I'm a Concord native and Lovering Volvo has been here forever, with a stellar local reputation. My Dad, who would be 102 years old today, bought his Volvos from them as well, so I think I can unreservably recommend you to them!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2025.5 Volvo XC90 from Mike Rice at Lovering Volvo Concord, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Since I am an out-of-state buyer, I called Mike directly. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by shooting a personalized video of the car. Seeing the vehicle in detail made a huge difference compared to just looking at online photos. Overall, I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy a Volvo!

Majed was extremely helpful throughout the car buying process. He was informative and thorough from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and courteous with our time. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. We would definitely purchase another car from him.

Very communicative. Even though this vehicle was not in the cards for us, they were able to save our preferences in case something that is a better match arrives in the future.

We went to Volvo of Exeter after an unsatisfactory visit to the Concord Volvo dealer. Very glad we did. Michael Coogan of the Exeter dealership was knowledgeable, helpful, and low key. We've never had such a pleasant experience buying a car.

Review for Franny Sullivan. We were faced with a decision to purchase a newer vehicle when our 2014 Volvo XC60 needed extensive repairs. As the service visit quickly turned into a purchase, we were directed to Franny. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what our budget could handle. As we worked through several options we decided on a used 2024 Volvo XC60 with low mileage. We were amazed at how well Franny knew the vehicle and its accessories, stepping us through each one. We still don't get all the features, as there are so many of them, but we love the vehicle. For us, Franny's personality and the ease of the sale, with NO pressure made us beyond happy. Thanks Franny!

Review for Cheryl Baldassaro. We can't thank Cheryl enough for helping us make a very hard decision. We were faced with a decision of repairing our 2014 Volvo XC60 for the tune of around $4,000 or look at upgrading to a newer vehicle. During this process she went over and above helping us make the correct decision. She made several proposals and did much research to come up for ways to do the repairs cost effectively. As we worked through the process it became quite obvious that our best decision was to upgrade, which Cheryl helped facilitate, right down to a bouquet of flowers at our closing. Thank you Cheryl for being compassionate and caring during this hard decision!!!
