Sheehy Volvo Cars Hunt Valley review
We had an excellent experience buying our car here today. Matthew was outstanding right from the beginning. He was very responsive to emails before we even showed up, answering every question clearly and quickly. When we got there, he stayed just as helpful and professional, and never once pushed us. It made the whole visit feel relaxed. I also want to thank Mike, the sales manager, for helping us finalize the deal. He was delightful to work with and kept things light and comfortable. He made sure everything moved along smoothly without any hassle. The entire process was painless from start to finish. We left happy with our new car and with how we were treated. I will definitely be back for another purchase.

I rarely write reviews, (positive or negative), but I had such a great experience with this dealership, a welcome contrast to previous experiences. From my First contact with Tyrone to the finished paperwork with Zane, the friendly exchanges with Jarred, and the warm welcomes from Myda, I was treated well and always felt at ease. Chad was great to work with. He was patient, listened to what I was looking for, and never tried to suggest anything that didn’t fit my preferences or my budget. The preowned car that I bought came with a Carfax report, as well as the dealership’s own inspection report~no surprises! This is a classy place~ the showroom, the waiting room, and, most importantly, the attitudes and efficiency of the people that work there. So glad I dropped in!!

Volvo Cars Tucson review
My car-buying experience from Volvo of Tucson was beyond impeccable! I cannot speak highly enough of Tyrone, my sales consultant. He was hospitable, warm, and professional during every interaction, and always greeted me with a wide smile; transparent, forthright, fair, in talking about price, budget expectations for a car/ bang for buck when evaluating models, and discussing CARFAX reports/vehicle histories (*I would like to note that I am a 33 yr old woman & navigated this car buying experience mostly solo…and he treated me fairly and did not treat me differently/take advantage of me re pricing or vehicle histories/records, which was a fear I had); patient and willing to do numerous test drives to help me get a feel for the cars in which I was interested; gracious, kind, and understanding in prioritizing my needs for the kind of car I wanted for my lifestyle — not just at the moment, but in the future; and lastly, communicating with me on a basis and style that worked best for me (we primarily texted as that is my preference due to my job). Overall, Tyrone is INCREDIBLE and made my car buying experience painless, less stressful, memorable, and even FUN! We have a picture together in front of my new car, because he was an integral part of the acquisition experience and needs to be memorialized! Zane —the finance manager — was also friendly, warm, and professional as we reviewed the finances of the transaction. He patiently addressed every question that arose as I reviewed financial and legal paperwork. That said, I also characterize Zane as transparent and forthright, as he wanted to make sure I was equipped with the right information. I also appreciated that when I requested more time to think about additional protection policies, he respected my wishes. SHOUT OUT TO TYRONE AND ZANE FOR BEING INCREDIBLE!! I highly recommend Volvo of Tucson to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle! So grateful to them and their team for an awesome experience!!

Volvo Cars Tucson review
After several weeks of detailed online research and visits to several dealers in Tucson and Phoenix, I recently bought a new Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars of Tucson. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car, and I've bought a dozen cars over my lifetime. Matt and Marland my two expert salespeople were great to work with throughout the negotiation. There was no pressure but a lot of clear info on the vehicle and the options I could consider. The test drive experience was smooth. The written offers were clear and my questions were answered quickly. The dealership was clean and very pleasant...loved the snacks. Matt and Marland both understood and appreciated I knew my stuff and was not a novice buyer. There were no fast-talking sales. The follow up after the purchase has been very good, particularly the tech tutorial. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I love my new luxurious Volvo. Go see Matt and Marland if you want great service and a great deal. Willie Cone, Tucson, AZ

We purchased a preowned Volvo XC40 Recharge from Johnson Volvo and were very pleased by the overall experience. Forrest was attentive and efficient and helped us complete the buying experience with none of the "ick" you get at some dealerships. We are glad to have done business with Johnson Volvo and look forward to a long relationship as we enjoy our vehicle.

Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I can confidently say that this was the most seamless and enjoyable dealership experience I have ever encountered. This success is entirely down to the incredible team, especially our salesperson, Lana Vladi, and the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick. From the moment we walked in, Lana provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, completely free of any high pressure tactics. Lana took the time to understand exactly what we needed and guided us through the options with patience and genuine enthusiasm. She made the often stressful process of selecting a new car feel easy and fun. Equally impressive was the professionalism and care shown by General Manager Kristin Hendrick. She ensured the entire finalization process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. It is clear that Kristin sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and professionalism within the dealership. Knowing that the leadership team, like Kristin, is committed to excellence makes a huge difference. If you are looking for a new car and want an honest, pleasant, and first-class experience, ask for Lana Vladi. The combined dedication of Lana and Kristin makes this dealership truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

George was my salesman but he was more like a friend. We talked about life and family more than me purchasing a vehicle and I can truly appreciate that. He listened to what I wanted and tried hard to get the deal I wanted and the car to match. Great place to buy a car because it feels like they actually care either way buying or not.

Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua review
Review for Franny Sullivan. We were faced with a decision to purchase a newer vehicle when our 2014 Volvo XC60 needed extensive repairs. As the service visit quickly turned into a purchase, we were directed to Franny. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what our budget could handle. As we worked through several options we decided on a used 2024 Volvo XC60 with low mileage. We were amazed at how well Franny knew the vehicle and its accessories, stepping us through each one. We still don't get all the features, as there are so many of them, but we love the vehicle. For us, Franny's personality and the ease of the sale, with NO pressure made us beyond happy. Thanks Franny!

Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua review
Review for Cheryl Baldassaro. We can't thank Cheryl enough for helping us make a very hard decision. We were faced with a decision of repairing our 2014 Volvo XC60 for the tune of around $4,000 or look at upgrading to a newer vehicle. During this process she went over and above helping us make the correct decision. She made several proposals and did much research to come up for ways to do the repairs cost effectively. As we worked through the process it became quite obvious that our best decision was to upgrade, which Cheryl helped facilitate, right down to a bouquet of flowers at our closing. Thank you Cheryl for being compassionate and caring during this hard decision!!!

Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
My check engine light was on. I dropped my car at the dealer. Pete Gragnano kept me informed at my car the whole time they had it. It was fixed quickly and I am 100% satisfied.
