Picked out a 2021 Volvo XC90 with the help of Nicky P. Being a new associate didn't stop his commitment to treat us with white gloves. He understood we were pressed for time and when showed up he had the car waiting for us to look at.

We had a wonderful experience with Damon at Volvo! We have owned four Volvos over the past 25 years and have always loved their comfort, quality, and dependability. Damon was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s great to work with someone who truly cares about his customers. We highly recommend Damon and Volvo!

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Tiesha Holmes was a very exceptional person to deal with. Her personality is very sweet, and she goes the distance to make the customer comfortable. She and her manager worked very hard to get everything I wanted, to make the deal. She is really a treasure to the Toyota Team.

Great car. Comfortable ride. Simple but luxurious design. Passenger comfort is excellent. Sound system is very nice. One small complaint, not enough storage space. No big deal. Definitely the right purchase
