Sean from drive up reception was great in helping direct me inside to whom I was going to work with. Dahiana Caba was very helpful and insightful with everything I asked her and needed. I shared with Mr. Reed (Service Manager) that his people were all very professional and assisted me each time I’ve had service to my vehicle. Frank Fenman and Nick Bastone were also great - both were were helpful with additional questions I had regarding g the purchase of a newer vehicle. Thank you for a great experience!

My service on 9/9/26 at Anderson Toyota was my 5,000 mile service it was fast and smooth, I was out of there in under an hour and I was provided a video of the points that the service tech checked while in his care. My advisor is Jeff he is very friendly and knowledgeable rep. And last but not least every person at Anderson I’ve encountered will bend over backwards to help you.

Volvo Cars of Naples review
I recently wrote a review giving this dealer a bad rating .I was mistaken assuming my trade in was lowballed. Apparently my trade in did go to auction and I did receive a fair price . I assumed it was sold at the dealership for $9000 more than my price they offered me . I was worried someone was going to purchase the trade in and have engine issues. Naples Volvo did send it to auction. With that misunderstanding resolved I can say my salesman Patsie and the sales managers were extremely professional and easy to work with. I bought a great used Volvo and couldn’t be happier. You won’t regret purchasing a vehicle from Naples Volvo.

Volvo Cars of Naples review
Took my 2021 XC60 in to have the transmission serviced, fluid and filter changed. While there they recommended that the timing belt also should be changed as the vehicle had reached 100000 miles. Price to have this work done was very reasonable and they did all of the work that day, gave me a loaner car and was able to pick the car up by 4:30 the same day, kudos to the service department!
2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I have purchased many cars over the years, and I must say that I do believe this was the best car dealership buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, Belen and Patrick Volvo!
