2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. We came to Northtown Volvo- where we purchased a S40 in 2006 then our Volvo XC60 in 2010 which we still drive- for said car to have updates done. I walked in the building to find where my husband went and was greeted by Daniel Witkin who directed me to the customer service desk. While there , my husband said lets look at a few cars and we walked into the showroom and Daniel got up and so did a few others- and I said lets go with the guy who first helped me! He was polite, kind, funny and very personable! He was incredibly knowledgable about the product and how this new Volvo would be quite different from the one we currently owned. Went over every nuance with us and went for a ride! 20 minutes later, bought the car! He was very attentive to our questions and never felt rushed or imposing. Was very helpful on every aspect of purchasing, not only the car but the warranties, which lead us to meeting Jason Wiepert. Jason clearly laid out our financial options and took the time to explain what each warranty would cover and the time period of coverage. They worked together like a fine oiled machine. We feel like we did not just buy a wonderful product which we now transport our grandbabies in, but have a friend we can count on to help us enjoy our new car and any issues that come up!!!
