I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. My car purchase was so painless. I didn't have to haggle for once. Worked with Sean. He helped me find what I wanted and explained the car as we drove around. When I made my decision and it came to the financial part... boom. He just dropped all the discounts and rebates to me. I was shocked, like "what just happened here?" He said, "you have internet access, right?" I said "right." He nodded and said " right, why play games? Lets do this the easy way." Unbelieveable. I'm so happy with how that went. First off everyone should own a Volvo best car I’ve had in years! Second if you every need service regardless what it may be Mark Chandler is the best! He is so knowledgeable and understands that sometime it can be stressful bringing your vehicle in for service. I recommend anyone to visit the dealership you will leave very happy!
I love the staff at Quantrell! This is my third volvo from this dealership and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I've gotten to know their employees over the years and they always go out of their way to personalize my experience and find just the right fit for my family. bought my Outback here in 2015, fell in love with it and the friendliness of the staff. That has not changed, every time I come for service I am greeted with a smile and everything being done to my car is thoroughly explained.
