At first I was wary about going to the dealership. It’s my first time buying a car and I already had a bad experience at another Boston-area dealership and I was expecting the same here. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It started off with a great phone experience. Kevin Cardoso provided a competitive quote over the phone and answered all of my deposit questions. Too good to be true, I thought. I was prepared for a tough in-person experience at the dealership. At the dealership, Peter Massimilla was a pleasure to work with. It was a very straightforward experience. He was helpful and provided fantastic customer service. He went above and beyond every step of the buying process to make it go as smoothly as possible and kept the communication up. Gerald Gannon was really patient and helpful when it came to explaining the additional services they provided. He was knowledgeable and very understanding. He never pressured me to get anything I wasn’t ready for. I know many people behind the scenes work very hard so I can’t name them all. Woburn Toyota is a large dealership with a lot of inventory (many options to choose from) and space to hang out and wait. But at the same time I have a fantastic and personable experience with everyone I interacted with. Definitely stop by!

The C-Max Hybrid rides firmly but also feels smooth on most road surfaces. It has responsive steering, a composed ride, and strong brakes. It's fun to drive, versatile with lots of storage space and has reasonably good gas mileage (36 hwy/24 city). It has an amazing turn radius. Somewhat noisy during highway driving and kind of deficient infotainment/safety features. But it's been reliable so far (100k miles). And did I mention fun to drive?

I own a 2017 Golf Alltrack SE and have maintained in accordance with scheduled maintenance in the manual. I love this car - it has "everything" that I need. Sure I'd love a bump in performance but it handles considerably well. I haven't had any issues with the car and have owned it for ~3 years now. It isn't "exciting" by any means but it is extremely versatile and comfortable to ride/drive. I'm very disappointed that VW has removed the wagon from the North American market - it gets the gas mileage of a sedan with many of the benefits of a small pickup truck. If they released a more powerful version of this car I'd almost be too tempted not to get one.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

It’s rare that I am able to leave an honest, positive review for a car dealer that I have attempted to buy from. The sad truth is, most of the dealerships I’ve shopped have had bad deals, ignorant salesmen, awful pricing, or some kind of ridiculous bait and switch tactic; that’s just the sad reality of the world we live in. Anton is one of the few I’ve met who is honest, upfront, and trusting. His word is good, and your word is good to him. He happened to have the car I wanted in stock. He gave me a very fair price and I agreed to purchase from him, and even though it took longer than I had expected to get the money together, he was patient and took my word that I was going to complete the sale. He delivered exactly what he promised and included an inspection sticker for the price. Car sales is a business that requires moving large volumes of inventory, and since an individual doesn’t buy cars too often, some dealers make no effort to cultivate a long-term relationship. Alex auto sales is a notable exception. I don’t plan to buy another vehicle any time soon, but if I did, they would be my first contact.

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Small but mighty. Best value EV for first and long term cost. Great acceleration and braking, especially when using Regen paddle. Nice GM incentive to pay for 220V garage charger as it is needed for overnight recharge. I bought the EV1 model since I didn't needed heated seats in Florida, but would have liked forward crash collision braking and side mirror lane changing warning. Overall, the Bolt EV is ideal for me.

The price was several thousand dollars lease expensive than everyone else The price was so good I knew there was little room for negotiation I kam the owner did not pester me or Harris me / he was very upfront with me I Made the purchase without even driving the car it was so nice I live in NH and had the car delivered to my house from there I had the car inspected and it came back clean. No issues. Then I went to the town hall to register the auto and gave Charlie (the man who delivered the car) a ride to Lowell so he could catch a train ride back to boston excellent people AA

My dad bought the TDI Sportwagon and when he passed away I was given his car. WOW! Best car I’ve ever had. Both standard and automatic not a single issue with the body or engine or anything else. I am so glad I was given this car and will take as good care of it as my dad did. It only had 100000 miles on it and by reading all these reviews I can have another 150-200k if I pamper it like I plan to do.

This is my tenth Volvo I love a wagon and volvo makes the best just wish I could still get a manual. That being said Volvo seating is the epitome of comfort. Around 300+ horsepower with a polestar update makes it plenty fun

25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

It drives well, it is easy to rule the road with all wheel drive and the extra 66 horsepower. It is very smooth and stylish in the interior.

Super Diesel consume: 28-45 mpg. Very economic vehicle and super dynamic and comfortable. It accelerates immediately with the Twin Turbo engine. Great Purchase! Mercedes Benz is always a good choice!

The Sport Turismo looks amazing, the looks are far superior to the RS6, E63 or any other car made today. It is more practical than you'd think and the sound is amazing on both the Panamera 4 and the Turbo. It turns most peoples heads around. You need the right options on it though. The Sport Design, Matrix LED lights and the Sport exhaust system are necessaary in mo opinion. I think the alternatives look worse, the stock exhaust isn't really pretty either. I think the price is fair for a car like this, it's not supossed to be something you see on the road every day. One of the best looking cars ever. It is a family racer which has practicality as well put in mind and looks better than the normal panamera, great job by Porsche!
