I just completed a perfect experience. I bought aa 2023 Clubman JCW online just from the pictures. Nick S. Was friendly and responsive. Paperwork by email was a breeze. Shipping to me 5 hours away was only $500! I had delivery to my home 7 days after I made payment and vehicle was inspected and registered with new plates. Delivery company was also excellent. Vehicle was just as advertised and a nice new oil change and professionally detailed. I would certainly buy another Mini Cooper from this dealer again!

We brought our 2019 Audi A4 Quattro in for service by appointment, for a 50k mileage service. Our Service Advisor was Kristina Sinjari, who is a real Pro. Great customer relations and car savvy! We chose to wait for the vehicle, and the service was completed within an hour. We did not give a “5 STAR” rating because of the following: The service technician sent a very brief video, confirming the oil change and that the car was fine. Considering there were some “yellow” grades, we would have preferred more detail for those areas. Also, while the cost for the 50K service was reasonable, the cost for a 3rd key for our vehicle was prohibitive, significantly more than the 50k service. JWA

I have been looking for a used car for a few months and finally found one with Ed the general manager at Bianco. Ed was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars. I took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done in a day. I picked up my car it was so clean and smelled good with brand new floor mats. Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!

The 2010 sprinter cargo van is a beast. It can handle more cargo and weight than most other vans of similar size. And the dually ones are unique in that it is almost impossible to find anything that is the equivalent on the market. The diesel requires a little warm up time if it is cold outside but not much and is not a concern. The engine can go 500k miles though and is low maintenance. High ceiling, articulating doors, slide side door for space saving tight cargo loading and wide enough to fork lift pallets into the back and side. And the dually tire setup not only gives you better load capability but gives you better stability on the road. Overall I recommend the Sprinter Van.
