Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! My wife and I had been looking for a 3rd row suv for quite some time. We have 2 kids and a 3rd on the way. Unfortunately we had a vehicle repossessed during the pandemic. Many other dealerships said they couldn’t help us. Some tried to sell us a vehicle we didn’t want. We kept searching and suddenly we found the 3rd row SUV at Best Choice Automotive. The price seemed too good to be true. So I called them and asked if I could come inspect it myself (I have a mechanic background) not only did they let me checkout the vehicle by myself. They let me test drive the vehicle by myself. I never felt pressure at all. When I gave them my credit information for the financing, they said it would be challenging. The next day they called me and said they got me approved. They offered me to put a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle. So I did. A couple days later, my wife and I came in and purchased our dream vehicle. I will be recommending everyone I know to Best Choice!
2019 MINI Clubman review
It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

2025 Audi RS 6 Avant review
Overall, this is an excellent car. Given the all wheel drive and advanced suspension geometry the handling and responsiveness are among the best that I have driven; in light of its size and engine position in particular this is as surprising as it is welcome. The power train is more than adequate and works well with the car in all modes and conditions. My main complaint has to do with its nanny care overload, it is more than annoying and entirely inappropriate in such a vehicle. I own two other 2025 cars neither of which are so intrusive. All of this having been said, I do like the car and intend to keep it despite its frustrating "features".

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2017 MINI Clubman review
Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!

2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek review
Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

1991 Toyota Previa review
Have owned this car for about 27 years. No major mechanical work, but replaced the fuel pump, water pump, alternator, has had regular oil changes ( every 3000K), battery, tires, struts replaced, brakes maintained, etc. Air conditioning went out about 10 years ago, but the car keeps on going. Have not had problems with the front ancillary drive shaft. After several cross country trips with family, bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey for the family, but drive this dailyfor my 45 mile daily commute. Am now at about 345,000 miles and still going strong. May need some brake work soon, but the Honda is at 244,000 miles and needs replacing. Will likely keep the Previa for now as it is a simpler vehicle and has a hitch to tow my 17 ft Sailboat. I think of the Previa as an enclosed Pickup with tons of covered carrying space. Am considering a Metris as an eventual replacement, as it fits the same usage model.
