2014 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen review
This car is amazing. I bought it at the end of Feb 2021 for $11,000. That was about 4-6 weeks before the price of used cars skyrocketed. The first time i took it to a mechanic for some scheduled maintenance i found out that i have a “Unicorn.” It is quick and handles like a dream. I love that i don’t have to fuel it up as much as the gasoline version. The six speed manual transmission is amazing. A fun fact about this car is that it isn’t actually a Jetta. It’s a Golf. My manual 6 speeed TDI sportwagen is the most fun car i have ever owned.

2009 Subaru Outback review
We drove the car for 11 years & the only thing we did was change the oil/filter & replaced the tires. I believe there were three recalls. Two of which were air bags on the passenger side. Great vehicle with excellent mpg. One of the best cars that we've ever owned. We didn't purchase another one due to the tow capacity limit.

Own it since 2005 and not going to sell it and you know why, Magnum never had good reviews - muscle car from the past. 2009 MINI Cooper S review
I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? My father has also purchased one of his used vehicles from Andre; after seeing how well it has lasted for him, I knew when we saw this car that it was the right fit for me. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I hate buying cars. They also know that I rarely write reviews. Despite that, my recent purchase from Dan Martins Auto Depot makes me what to share my experience. Our 1998 V70 served us well for the past 20 years, but had some issues that would prevent it from passing NYS inspection. I decided to look at possible replacements. Initially, I was thinking about picking up a 2-3 year old car, but wasn’t crazy about the current styles. Looking on-line, I happened upon a 2007 V70 at Dan Martins that looked like it checked all of the boxes. The mileage was low for its age, the condition seemed perfect, it appeared to be well maintained, and the long roof wagon provided lots of room for our two dogs. I don’t make car buying decisions very fast, so I mulled it over for a while before contacting Dan Martins about its availability (and asking my wife for permission to consider it). Peter promptly replied and sent me a link with loads of pictures that clearly showed the car’s condition. He told me that they had carefully gone over the car and what parts they replaced. The free CarFax showed that the car had been carefully maintained by its previous two owners. The ‘problem’?—I live about 300 miles away from Yonkers, outside Rochester, NY. I toyed with taking the bus or train down to Yonkers to see it and possibly drive it back. Peter was so easy to deal with, that I had confidence to buy the car, without seeing it in person. I wired the money, Peter found a very reasonable shipper to truck it to me, and a few days later, the car was in my driveway. The car was exactly as described, if not better. I feel like I have a new car, at a fraction of the cost. I told Peter, that he made the entire sales process to be as easy as buying something on Amazon. After buying this car, I may not wait another 20 years to buy my next. I highly recommend, without hesitation, Dan Martins Auto Depot and especially, Peter. For me, it was a welcome change to the car buying experience.
2002 Volvo V40 review
I purchased my 2002 V40 used in 2006 with 87,000kms on it. I am now around 150,000kms and have been very happy. My wife and I were planning on having children and were looking for a car that was safe, reliable and accommodating to our large loads such as a stroller, drums, tools etc. (obviously not all at once) and we found it. The V40 is very spacious in the cargo area and if needed, all the seats fold completely down. It feels very smooth on the road especially at highway speeds, can someone say Turbo! The only issues I have is that I wish the V40 had less hood and a bit more interior leg space, especially in the back seats. Also, I'm not a big fan of the hand turn dial to move the seat back up and down. A lever or electric would be much more comfortable. Other than that as long as you keep up the maintenance the V40 should last a long time and be just as safe and reliable when you're done as it was when you bought it. Happy Trails

2007 Kia Rondo review
I bought my 2007 Rondo in 2017 for $5888 with 30,000 miles. I love the room in the 2nd row and I can carry furniture with the 2nd row seats down. It passed inspection after $600,00 for new sensors. The only problem I had was the lights kept flashing when someone walked by when I bought it. The Kia dealer knew the fix. The pin under the hood was bent. I haven't had any issues since. I just sold my Rondo at auction for $4,500. Fantastic car, easy to drive and not a cockpit experience like new cars are today.

Makes for an entertaining daily commute. Quick enough to be interesting but without overpowering the chassis. BMW build quality along with the typical BMW maintenance requirements (correct oil is >$50 for an oil change).

2012 MINI Cooper S review
I love the R56 Mini cooper they are a great value they are fun and they get good gas milage But the only problem is the reliability. The way it looks is so cool and you an expect to pay $4,000-$6,000 depending on the year, the mileage and it's accident history I think everyone should have one of these but If you buy one don't expect it to be a reliable car because European cars were never known to be super reliable and the euro cars that 100,000 miles or more are horribly unreliable

All I can say is WOW! Being a woman and buying a car has its own difficulties and paranoia's due to the fact that most places take advantage of the typical woman's lack of knowledge about cars. However, Boston Road Best Motors has to be the most honest used car dealership I have ever been to. I originally came in after hearing from friends about the reputation of this place and how they truly care for the safety and well-being of the customer. But what happened when I got there was beyond anything I could have imagined. So I come in to purchase a 2008 Nissan Rogue, after being shown the car by Andrew I took it for a test drive and instantly loved the car. Andrew allowed me to really take as long as I wanted during the drive and insisted that I give a very thorough inspection of the vehicle before I make any decisions. The vehicle showed no signs of having any mechanical issues. After taking my time I decided that I would take the vehicle so I left a deposit in order to come in the next day to pick up the car. When I came in the next day was when I was shocked by the honesty of this dealership. I walked in and they told me that when they put the vehicle into the mechanic for further inspection they noticed some signs that would indicate that the transmission may need replacement in the future. They offered me my deposit back and deeply apologized. I have a lot of car buying experience, both good and bad, and I have never seen a dealership cancel a deal that they could have closed due to mechanical errors. I truly believe that Boston Road Best Motors cares about ethics over making money. That is when I told them to hold my deposit until they get another Rogue which I ended up taking home! Thanks so much to Andrew, Jerry, and Sal for giving me a go-to dealership whenever I, or someone I know needs a car! I suggest to everyone that they go through Boston Road Best Motors to purchase their next vehicle!
2011 Audi A4 review
Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

2018 MINI Clubman review
This is my second Mini and I didn't know if I would love the Clubman S more than my old Countryman, but I absolutely made the right call getting the Clubman. It handles so well, is so peppy, and comfortable. I don't know if I can ever drive another car other than a Clubman! I honestly have nothing negative to say and I have been driving this car for just over 1 year.

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2016 Kia Soul review
Good gas mileage definitely a keeper especially when gas prices are high. Smooth suspension plenty of engine performance. Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation. Reliable, very nice quality and holds it's value well.

2012 Subaru Outback review
Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

2015 Volvo V60 review
My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!
