2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

It’s a good car. Just the dealership did me dirty by not replacing a bad tire that they promised in writing that they would. Now I have to pay for one. The front underneath must be extremely low because it drags when I pull in or out of a driveway curb.

2012 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen review
This car was good enough, for me. I had to replace the exhaust manifold at 120k, roof drains at 125k, and 2 seized calipers around 133k. Had it regularly checked at the dealer, but it ended up mechanically failing me, leaving me stranded more than once. Car seemed to eat through batteries in 2 years or less, could never get that figured out either. Fantastic mpgs no matter how you drive

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

2007 Volvo V70 review
I purchased this vehicle used under Volvo's certified pre-owned program ("CPO"). It is the second time that I've done so. My 2007 2.5T V70 (wagon) has been incredibly reliable over the 8 years that I have owned it. I can't say enough good things about this car. I hope to drive it for years to come, especially given that Volvo no longer makes the V70 the way that it did in 2007. Even the sales and service folks at my dealership say to keep it, 'cause that don't make 'em like this anymore.' The vehicle has amazing handling, pick-up, curving ability, gets great gas mileage and and the weight of the vehicle makes me feel very safe. The only features that I'd like to have but don't are bluetooth, back-up camera and blind-spot indicators. Other than that, you can keep the newer Volvos! I am a Volvo "lifer" for sure.

2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
I got my 2009 PT cruiser this past May for $300. It was Is wrecked , left front headlight and finder and wiped out the lower control arm. Except for that this PT cruiser was in excellent condition I mean everything in it works and no interior damage what so ever She just needed a little T L C , which I gave her I replaced the lower control arm headlight and finder cleaned it inside and out Did a l o f and tuned it up , and with 92,000 thousand miles on the2.4L this PT cruiser runs excellent At this point , buying it and fixing it I am right at a Thousand dollars invested I have had two officers, one for 3,500 the other for 4,200 Which I turned down I can't get anything this nice that runs so excellent for the money I drove a rental PT cruiser many years ago, and it ran good I love my PT cruiser and plan on buying some fixer uppers to save for myself Every car made has some kind of issues , one time or another If you get a chance , check a PT cruiser out

2020 Chevrolet Trax review
This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

2005 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx review
If you wish to remain celibate, this is the vehicle for you! I've essentially have earned mine through attrition! My wife bought this car brand spanking new in 2005. Her 1st ever on her own. it never ceases to impress with the amount of power it has. Truly over-powered for its weight! I've had to do some maintenance other than tune-ups and oil changes, but for as ugly as this car is, I'm impressed with its durability! It just won't die!

I even brought my son's Kia in because one of the tires was making a strange noise. They took it for a test drive, checked everything over, and honestly told us they could not find anything wrong. Best of all, they did not charge us. What I appreciate most is their honesty and transparency. I never feel like I am being overcharged or pressured into unnecessary repairs. They only recommend work when my vehicle truly needs it. It is difficult to find a service department you can genuinely trust, one that charges fairly and does the job right. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, from the service department to the sales team when I stop in to drop off my car. Nissan Cube 2012 one problem only, the kids on street lauph when see this car, thats made my kids angry and hate this model. but I loved this Car, it is really smooth and comfortable, inside with space wide roomly, all parts is good. I use big Tire, I drive this car sice 8 years. when I drive for long time, I fell it is the best Car on the World. spetially for good Road/Clean Road. in mountain it is a very good car and powerfull when I drive clambing mountain or Hills. I like it a lot.

2005 Scion xB review
For teenagers who are about to get their leaners permit, i say this is the perfect first car. Its slow i know, but it will prevent your kids from speeding lol. Its very reliable, that i bought another xB. now i have a 2006 and 2005 Scion xB. I had my 2006 since 2007, at 30k miles. Now it has 411k miles with the same engine, transmission and head gasket. Whats crazier, is i just changed my original alternator from 2005 2 weeks ago on my 2006! My 2006 is just a regular car, a auto transmission. my 05, which i bought on November, is a manual sports car. It has a rare exhaust manifold, a chevy straight pipe camero piping and tiping, coming out from the middle of the rear bumper, which is very loud despite it being a slow car. I just gave it a spoiler, new stereo, new seat covers, new halogen spider headlights, new interior underglow, and pretty soon, i will give it a new paint!! I love Scion!!

2003 Saturn L review
Pushing 80 yrs old [young?] I find the L300 a very nice place to be driving from Az desert to the Ca coast...it also get pretty good MPG...Great air and power everything, like the sunroof too..1st car with leather, it felt more comfortable to sit on, seemed softer...over 84,000 now and all is well...can't complain even if it dies in the next 30 or 40 thousand miles...

2012 Toyota Prius v review
I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. I had never purchased a vehicle from a small used car lot before and I was also unfamiliar with the process of paying cash, as this was an option for me this time. The owner was knowledgeable and provided me with information about financing versus paying cash and he allowed me to take the vehicle offsite for a mechanic inspection. He also provided proof there was no lien on the vehicle. My vehicle title arrived by mail a month later from the state. Be aware they did charge a labor & transportation fee and documentation fee. Even so, I felt the vehicle was priced fairly and the dealership is trustworthy. I am happy with my purchase!
2010 Nissan Cube review
I bought my car used, private party 2 years ago. It had over 200k miles logged. I drive about 1400 miles every other month going to Northern California. I LOVE MY CUBE. It's spacious, carries a load without a problem. The gas mileage can't be beat. I do have a problem with the back door not opening. The locking mechanism is faulty. I believe the frequency of this specific problem, Nissan should have a recall to replace the faulty locking mechanism. In 2 years the rear door has been the only problem Nissan did a good job with this vehicle

2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek review
Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

2012 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen review
I bought mine this past fall with 7xxxx miles on it. What sold me on it besides the awesome fuel mileage was the storage. I'm 5'9ish and 235 lbs but with seats down I can sleep comfortably in the back with room to spare. Also was wife enough to load a 65" tv in the box with out issue.(you'd be surprised at the SVUs that were too narrow. I've driven this car in all weather with no problems. The only things I don't like are few. The compartment in front of the gear shift is too small for my hand and is too close to gearshift. The compartment between the seats is I have the same issue. I have put stuff in there and can not retrieve because of the size. I also wish the rear rear seat headrests were easier to remove as that's is required to fully put the seats down. Everything else about this car I love

2012 Subaru Impreza review
Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.
