Ive had my 2010 acura for 3 months now and i love it. Its a pretty fast car, fun to drive! I love it. Cons- Car loves gas, im filling up almost everyday Suspension is too low ride is a little bumpy

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Comfortable seats, lots of tech, fun to drive. My second Z4 in 14 years and I love it. Like the convertible hardtop better than soft top.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

I love my 2016 dodge durango.. I also loved my 2015 chevy equinox.. look people i was going to sunset auto thinking that they won't trade in my car because I owe too much but holly Molly here i am with a beautiful car.. I would have been good if they said no but sunset worked with me and done did the deal.. awesome crew over there at Sunset chevy auto dealership in lompoc ca... My dodge durango is powerful and roomy. I can get my dj equipment in there and do gigs now ... the color is a beaut too . Thank to everyone there at sunset for both cars I got from them.. sales department, the financial department, service department all of you are just awesome...

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I purchased a used car from this dealership. I was searching for a 4x4 SUV and found a 2008 BMW X5 here. The car was in great condition for its age. Note - their cars seemed to all be a lot cleaner and better looking than other places I looked. I was two hours away so I contacted them by phone, very pleasant and well spoken and asked for an honest description of the vehicle since we all know pictures can be photoshopped. I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my questions and even told me about the imperfections he found that weren't easy to see in the pics. I was impressed so I came to see the BMW myself and I was shocked! It was exactly as was described (when does that happen with used car salesmen?). The paperwork was simple and the facility was car themed, nice touch! The reviews about the people being very friendly and genuine is true, all around impressed and happy with the whole transaction. I have had my SUV for about three months now and I still couldn't be happier. Well worth the trip and feel confident working with them again. Highly recommend!

I love my Fiat Spider 124 Abarth. It has awesome acceleration and will get up and fly. I have had no issues with it. It handles incredibly well and turns on a dime. It looks awesome and people always ask what kind of car it is. I like owning a car that is not that common. It looks like a high priced sports car, but is reasonably priced. I am all in on my Spider. Best car I have ever owned.

I ordered the 2002 Jeep Liberty KJ Limited from Jeep in Aug. of 01 after test driving a sport 01 model at the dealer with the wife. We loved it from the start. The Liberty felt higher quality to us over the Cherokee we traded that was a 92 year model and the brakes were certainly worlds better than the Cherokee. The KJ was also a lot less noise inside and seemed of a higher quality build to us. We took delivery of our 02 in Oct of 2001 and have had it ever since. 22 years later we still love it and I do not see us getting rid ot it anytime soon when it has been a flawless rig. Just a couple recalls promptly repaired at the dealer is all we had to deal with really. Regular oil changes, flushing of the fluids at the suggested intervals, and only a couple of the windows falling down into the door immediately after buying it which were covered under warranty that first week I've read all the negative reviews of this rig and this year model. It has not been our experience at all to have issues other than regular expected things like stated. Off road it is surprisingly good. So, the only real surprise is that the Jeep KJ likes as much gas as my V8 vehicles did. However with that said I personally feel that anyone buying a Jeep that is concerned with MPG is looking at the wrong vehicle to begin with. What we got in return is a vehicle that will flat out zip around town and turns, stops and parks on a dime! Don't kid yourself. The KJ can impress even on a goat trail. On the beach when other 'Real Jeeps' got stuck we drove circles around them and pulled out. The only draw back is the wheels can lift up off the ground twisting it over big rocks for rock crawling but that is the sacrifice you make with independent front ends. What you don't get is a death wobble so drive it and be happy about it. We do!

Came to this dealership while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. Although we did not necessarily find what we wanted, the experience was still positive. Friendly staff and very well stocked inventory of vehicles of all types. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

I love my VW Beetle! It's adorable and the color combination- chef's kiss. It picks up speed nicely and I find mine to be pretty reliable. It needs a little TLC if you buy it used, but it's definitely worth it. Plus, it can double as a fun summer car if you have a convertible. Buy a VW! :))

2003 running great still! Power steering leak, but otherwise not a single mechanical issue. No rust, no oil (in Ma.) Not a sports car, but maybe like the girl from next door who you always loved. Just great.

On 2/9/2024 we went to purchase a new 2024 Ram 2500 Laramie Truck. Our sales person was Jonny De La Cruz. This was the best experience buying a truck that my wife and I have ever had. Jonny was very professional and knowledgeable. It fast and very easy, we recieved a good price on our trade-in vehicle and a good price on the truck. I have a 2021 Jeep renegade that I bought in November 2023 for $24,000 and change. It had 4400 miles on it. Of course, at first, I loved it. The auto four-wheel-drive, the big screen navigation /stereo system. the fact that the back seats lay down. If you take the headrests off, they lay flat. Then I drove it for awhile and here is the lists of ‘add ons’ it should have. 1)The door pockets up front are just to small. 2) The center arm rest console could be bigger. 3) The dash is too deep. Jeeps dash should be shorter, like a truck. 4) The seats should have seat warmers (even my old Nissan Juke had seat warmers) 5) The hatchback has no interior light so in the dark, you need a flashlight to look for things, remove groceries etc. 6) There is space for a spare tire but since this edition came with ‘flat free’ tires (idk the actual name for them) that space could have been made larger for storage. 7) When the back seats are up, the storage behind them is very small and limited. I realize this is a smaller SUV but I expected a larger space back there. 8) I have almost 14,000 Miles on it now as of 7/27/2024. I do feel the transmission either slip or shift sometimes. 9) It took me over a month to learn that if the car is cold, it will not start unless your seat belt is buckled. That’s a fact. 10) It handled the very very well in the devastating ice storm that payed a 1/2 inch layer all over the Pacific Northwest last winter. That auto 4 wheel drive truly works! 11) I had to buy seat belt extensions for the back seats as It was difficult to engage the seat belts into the locking belt.. It sits deep into the seat and I have grandchildren who like to lock thier own belts in. They can be found for sale at most Auto Stores for around $20 each. I recommend you get them. That’s about it. Overall, I love my Jeep Renegade. I think the price is very high considering the items missing but overall, I am going this will last me a good 10-20 yrs…

Fantastic experience! Great customer service. No issues kicking tires, popping the hood, or checking out the interior. Didn't feel pressured at all, were provided space. Easy to test drive. Felt like we were dealing with friends, or strangers who genuinely cared about our experience. Pricing was appropriate for what we were looking at and purchased. Everyone we dealt with was great. 10/10 would recommend you check out their inventory and give them a visit if you're in the market for a used car.

Bought this car at 1 year old and sold it in 2019. Fixed very little on it and nothing very expensive. Very reliable. I did not like that it could not be driven on the highway in the snow as it could only be used in 4x4 at low speeds. When not in 4x4, it was not a good snow car. Fine around town. Great on the beach. Everything worked fine when I sold it at 15 years old. Bought a Subaru for the AWD.

These are the best driving vehicles of any mfg currently. The steer by wire is a game-changer and should be in every car. It’s hard to explain how great the driving experience is, you just have to drive one for a week and when you go back to any other car/truck, they will feel 100yrs old. The suspension, steering, acceleration and braking are years ahead of anything else. I’m a mechanic and a “car guy”. I do have a 10x more experience than most people when it comes to vehicles.
