I was pleased with having visited Boss Auto 1 year ago in search of an everyday, dependable vehicle. I was open minded as to their suggestions. A 2015 KIA Optima was suggested. I was impressed with a vehicle which had 91,000 miles on it and its physical appearance. Upon completion of a test drive I approached the bottom line price and any prep charges that may be added? A true deal, when I was informed that only applicable sales tax and licensing fees would be applied to the purchase price. An extended warranty was available, which I declined. I asked with regard to financing availability? Danielle responded: yes we have lenders which will review your eligibility through your loan application. I asked if she would provide a hold on the car for 3 days for my wife and I? Danielle responded: Yes. As prior to car shopping we had a pre approval from another lender. We than scheduled our purchase actually 3 days later with a down payment. Established further with a pickup date. Now a year later, we reflect, why we waited so long in sharing a positive review of 100 percent Satisfaction! The car is maintained as suggested with routine maintenance, oil and filter changes. Definitely any vehicle purchase need, will begin at Boss Auto!

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

I use to own a 2003 f150 for 18 years it was great except for fuel milage, when I purchased this truck in 2024 , the rear window leaks but only when it rains hard, overall I refuse to drive any other truck.

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!

They are a true blessing they got me into my vehicle of my dreams and a quick and easy process and helped me in my situation and could have gave up but didn’t they helped me and they made me feel welcomed and apart of family I will recommend family and friends to go here. I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

This car is in very good condition in every way. I enjoyed driving it, has a 3.2 L V-6 with very good acceleration and power, handles well in all weather with FWD. Reliable transportation with high safety rating. Both A/C and heat are very good. Previously owned by brother and mother who both did regular maintenance. Big trunk.

Overall positive experience in purchasing a used car. Friendly, open, and seemingly honest staff. The car needed a couple of small repairs, which were promptly addressed. No warranties, but it is a quality vehicle, in good condition, at a fair price.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! I?m an extremely busy person in medicine . I came in with limited time and sleep. My dealer , Larry R was phenomenal. He had all ready with the parameters I gave. I was in and out in no time and left the same day with a new vehicle 2025 Chevy Trax.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

It's been a reliable and dependable car, other than a waterpump replacement early on, under warranty, it has had no mechanical issues. I purchased this car new from the dealership.

I bought an LT model new in 2013 and have driven it daily ever since. I have not had a single problem of any sort.....no repairs, service, etc. other than oil changes at the proper intervals. The interior has held up beautifully, and the exterior paint has coped quite well with being parked outside in the hot desert sun. The gas mileage is around 16 to 17 MPG, which is rather low, but it is a large vehicle. Acceleration is excellent, but there is a lag before the transmission downshifts for passing. Overall, it is one of the nicest, quietest vehicles I have ever owned.

When I was searching for vehicles under $10000 because that was my budget, I ended up finding Boss Auto to have the best selection of vehicles. When I went to visit them, the patience they had in answering all of my questions was top notch. They didn’t pressure me, rather helped guide me into finding the best vehicle that fit my needs. I have a 2013 SXT with Rallye appearance with 131,000 miles on it almost 3 years with it and I’m in love with it, where I leave we have an extremely hot weather reaching 52 Celsius during the summer, the AC is Icy cold 🥶, the cooling system has been surprisingly reliable for the weather we have, I only have done regularly oil changes, spark plugs, brakes and normal stuff nothing serious on it and I have drove it hardly and done many trips on it without any trouble, pretty comfortable and a great sound system mine has the Boston acoustics speakers and a sunroof, it has the 2.4 litter engine with a 6 speed automatic transmission and it’s just great is the third car we have at home with this engine and we really liked them and it has been a great engine for my family and I, even there are newer and more technologically advance cars this one has everything I need. Totally recommend it.

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

I wish that the 2010 ford edge had Better gas mileage otherwise it’s a grate suv. I wish that it had a 3rd row Seating

The Van handles well with cargo loads, drives smooth has good acceleration with plenty of power. It has been well balanced on gas I use the van for electrical I mostly do residential so not a ton of equipment needed to carry but it can hold its own.

Working with Jake made looking for a second vehicle pretty easy and straightforward. After visiting other car dealers, I would definitely recommend making this your first stop. It might save you a lot of looking at other places. Nice genuine friendly people!

I've got the 5.7 Hemi, Limited version with all options. Very comfortable. Nice for trailering and launching boats. If traveling with a family, the 3rd row seats are enough for young kids, but very little room for luggage when 3rd row is in use. Now 14 years old 130k miles. No reliability issues with engine or trans, but does now have some unexpected rust through in rear wheel well. My wife wants me to get something newer with better MPG, (i get about 16 now) but I'm not inclined to get rid of this. I think it could last another 100k. My dog loves it and goes everywhere with me, all seats fold down in back to give her a flat floor which is also convenient for hauling stuff.
