I want to take a minute to brag on Jonathan Perez in service at BMW of Pompano Beach. He continuously provides exceptional service. He is diligent, professional, and prompt. He reflects a caring demeanor when dealing with customers and goes above and beyond to ensure we are completely satisfied. I purchase from BMW of Pompano beach because I enjoy buying from Samson and dealing regularly with Jonathan when we have service needs. I know that any issues will be resolved in a professional manner. -
We had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership, and I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this location due to their unethical practices and poor customer service. After being persistently contacted by their salesperson, we agreed to a deal for $52,000 out-the-door, inclusive of all taxes, registration, and associated fees. We then drove approximately eight hours to finalize the purchase. Upon arrival, however, they claimed necessary changes to the vehicle, increasing the price to $57,000—clearly exploiting our commitment and travel investment. Furthermore, despite my exceptional credit score of 826, they bypassed BMW's financing options and insisted on using Ally Bank, resulting in an unfavorable 8% APR. To compound matters, the finance department was notably rude when I declined to add optional protection packages. Overall, this dealership engages in deceptive tactics, rudeness, and customer exploitation; I highly recommend avoiding them entirely.
