I am writing to formally share my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your dealership. My intent in providing this feedback is to highlight a significant lapse in both vehicle safety standards and customer service. After inquiring about a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I coordinated extensively with your sales team. Because I was traveling from out of state (Florida), I was diligent in my preparation: I requested photos of the car, secured insurance, and, at your team's suggestion, switched from my USAA financing to a dealership-approved loan to streamline the process. I then flew in specifically to finalize the purchase and drive the vehicle home. However, upon my arrival and subsequent test drive, I discovered the vehicle was in a condition that I consider unroadworthy and unsafe, specifically: Mechanical Issues: Severe engine vibration due to faulty motor mounts. Safety Hazards: Significant shaking/pulsing while braking at 20-30 mph, indicating worn rotors brakes. Tire Condition: Tires were at 5/32 (front) and 4/32 (rear), nearing the end of their functional life. Exterior Damage: The left tail light was loose, out of place, and waterlogged. When I raised these safety concerns, the response from the sales representative was dismissive. I was told the vehicle was "as-is" and no repairs would be made. While I understand the "no-pressure" business model, I was shocked that; despite being a pre-approved, out-of-state buyer standing in your showroom, no effort was made to show me an alternative vehicle or find a solution. The interaction was short, distant, and entirely lacked the professional courtesy one would expect after such a significant travel commitment. I believe this is a missed opportunity for your team. Selling a vehicle with compromised braking and engine components is not just a matter of "as-is" sales; it is a matter of safety and reputation. I hope you will take this feedback as a serious training opportunity to ensure future out-of-state guests are not subjected to the same experience. I look forward to hearing your perspective on how this situation was handled. -

I bought the truck new in March 2025.
I bought the truck new in March 2025. Have had numerous different issues. From both batteries toasted to intermittently flashing lights on the steering wheel at night to numerous issues with the 12” u connect. The truck has been nothing but a disappointment since new. I honestly hate the truck and will be looking to trade on something, anything. But I do tow a 36 ‘ RV plus other things so I need a 2500 but just not this one. Also I’m at 12,800 miles and the driver’s seat is already completely distorted. Also the taillights I just found out tonight are intermittent and are flashing while driving down the highway…. - Purchased a New car

My 2024 Ram 2500 is in the shop as I post this. With only 24k miles on it the Def and the connect are not working causing check engine light to come on.Dodge you need to do better. I had to pull my 2001 out of the barn so I had something to drive. You would think a 80,000 dollar truck wouldn't quit on you so soon. So Sad - Purchased a New car
