I leased a car in May, 2017. When I tried to renew my plates I found out that the dealership had improperly filed my cars licensing paperwork. In fact,... they forwarded my TRADE'S information! They also admitted that they had switched information between two customers and had to redo it! Then they had an issue because they transposed my DL numbers. Of course, I had no idea that there was an issue until I tried to renew my plates. Imagine finding out that your plates had never been done (as paid for) and you had been driving for a year, illegally! I came into the dealership at 10 am and it's now 1 pm... nothing has been resolved! I feel like I'm being jerked around even though it's obviously a contractual violation and the dealership's responsibility! I now have a two thousand pound paperweight that I can't drive AND still have to pay for!
Good experience here definitely coming again for any service thanks guys
Went in to buy new Murano and negotiated down to a fair price for vehicle. Talked to salesman, Johnny Graham, on phone three times before driving up to... buy vehicle. Upon arrival, I was turned over to Richard Page, who proceeded to tell me price was $30/month higher. When I explained that salesman had given me the agreed upon price three times, he stood up and yelled for salesman to come over and "explain why you told this man that price". Very professional. He went on to tell me how he was "losing $1,700 to sell me that car", which everyone knows is a joke. He finished by saying that I "didn't know the car business". As a manager of a Fortune 250 company, I most certainly understand customer service and this place needs a training session on that and professionalism. Then, the next level manager, Lloyd Edwards, called me to discuss. At first, he was doing a fairly good job of saving face while blaning it all on the salesman (imagine that). The bottom line is he tried to protect and make excuses on why his sales manager was so rude and there is no excuse for that. No professionalism at all from the "sales management team". They should have honored the price I was quoted on three different occasions. Fortunately, there are many more Nissan dealerships close by to give my business too. The sad thing is that we were repeat customers. Talk about loyalty.
Wow! Did we ever hit the jackpot! Our salesman was Hopeton Bailey he was terrific! I explained what I was looking for and he got me everything and then... some! I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. The manager Shawn was easy to deal with. He believes in truth, honesty and integrity! No tricks either in the financing Brendon was wonderful! NO PRESSURE! I can only say thank you for the best buying experience I have ever had when choosing a car!
I want to thank Bart and Mickey for a professional, prompt and courteous car purchase experience. The excellent follow up and delivery of a second key.... Thank you.
We had a great buying experience from Steve Hudson at Harrelson Nissan. We priced out 4 other dealers and Harrelson was the best (we didn't pit dealers... against each other just got the best first offer from each and took the cheapest). It was a pleasure to be able to have a great price and great customer service. Harrelson stuck to what they said they would do for us and I would recommend especially Steve Hudson to anyone!
Brittnie Brown worked hard to get the most money for my trade and was very helpful with the whole process!
George was very helpful and customer driven. He stayed with us from the lot to finishing the finance process. This was past your business hours. I was... going to buy at Toyota. Was on their lot 2 days in a row and no one came out to provide customer service. I emailed Toyota to my salesperson "bulldog" and told him about this. He called me back wanting to salvage the relationship and trade my car I bought last year. He said he would give me a good deal. I said not know and he said to come to him directly the next time. I mentioned George by name and told him how great he was with us. Thank you for selling us the Versa Note. Even after the sale your salesperson is still helping us. Keep this guy working he is an asset to your company. I am letting you know that I had a total knee replacement Monday and although I could of written this another time I felt compelled to write this. Mary Pena and Angel Pena-Morales
My sales person was hospitable and a very nice person. The manager was impatient and a bit pushy. I love my car. I wish I could have gotten the push button... start and the intelligent key but that was too expensive for me. I also did not understand that my monthly payment would be going up because of the extra warranties that I purchased. All in all though the experience was mostly painless.
I came in to see an advertised vehicle. We wandered all over the lot to find it, but couldn't. The sales person had to go searching off on his own to find... the car. It didn't take as long as some other dealers I have been to, but they should probably have a better idea where their cars are, especially those advertised or listed online. The sales person was very new, but was quite polite and easy to work with.
