    Went in to buy new Murano and negotiated down to a fair price for vehicle. Talked to salesman, Johnny Graham, on phone three times before driving up to buy vehicle. Upon arrival, I was turned over to Richard Page, who proceeded to tell me price was $30/month higher. When I explained that salesman had given me the agreed upon price three times, he stood up and yelled for salesman to come over and "explain why you told this man that price". Very professional. He went on to tell me how he was "losing $1,700 to sell me that car", which everyone knows is a joke. He finished by saying that I "didn't know the car business". As a manager of a Fortune 250 company, I most certainly understand customer service and this place needs a training session on that and professionalism. Then, the next level manager, Lloyd Edwards, called me to discuss. At first, he was doing a fairly good job of saving face while blaning it all on the salesman (imagine that). The bottom line is he tried to protect and make excuses on why his sales manager was so rude and there is no excuse for that. No professionalism at all from the "sales management team". They should have honored the price I was quoted on three different occasions. Fortunately, there are many more Nissan dealerships close by to give my business too. The sad thing is that we were repeat customers. Talk about loyalty.

    Wow! Did we ever hit the jackpot! Our salesman was Hopeton Bailey he was terrific! I explained what I was looking for and he got me everything and then some! I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership.The manager Shawn was easy to deal with. He believes in truth,honesty and integrity! No tricks either in the financing Brendon was wonderful! NO PRESSURE! I can only say thank you for the best buying experience I have ever had when choosing a car!
