STAY FAR AWAY. THEY ADD "ACCESSORIES" to the cars such as ETCH fee's which is the biggest scam every and they tell you you have to pay for it. STAY FAR AWAY From this SCAM dealership and Carlos Aguilar!
“ finance manager “ came with the con game at signing after they make you think you are getting a deal. It was already a bad deal but needed a car so didn’t really want to hassle with the back and forth. Tried to go a dealer in my own city to support but bad idea. “ so we are taking out the security system, protective glass etc... after the salesman disappeared “ your getting a good deal” I probably could have gotten it for no money down but I wanted to help this guy. Con just like off the street or any cheap car dealer just using Honda’s name. Go somewhere else.

I’m planning to get a new Odyssey 2020 EX-L . Received email from Mike and offer us help. We have told him that we want 2020 Odyssey EX-L. Then he told us it’s available. So we make a appointment. But he said it’s sold out when l arrived. I drive for 45 minutes then get big joker. Don’t come this store.

They will give you lower price when you send email to ask. But you will got crazy higher quoto when you go to their store. They cheat clients too much. Very disappointment. Bad experience!!!!!!!!!!
We're planning to get a new HRV_LX for my wife. Received email from Mike (Internet Manager) and willing to help us. Informed him what year/trim/model we wanted and he gave us the MSRP 21,915 (minus savings of 2,069) = total price of $19,846. I asked how much was the Out The Door (OTD) price for the SUV. He clearly stated on the email... HRV_LX $20,838. I called him today (6/24/20) to confirm the amounts before stopping by (supposedly) on Friday (6/26/20). Unfortunately, he gave me a new quote 25K. I asked him what happened?? I thought it was only 20,800 (OTD)?. He admitted and apologized--- he thought we're looking for a CIVIC, instead of the HRV. I feel really bad and very disappointed after that conversation. Whoever you talk to, just be very careful and double check before you complete your transactions. Thank you.

WORST DEALERSHIP/SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER
The WORST car buying experience I've ever had. Where do I begin. I'm 49 years old and have bought many vehicles. Besides my better judgement. I bought a car somewhere other than the maker. I bought a Mercedes at this Honda dealer. That wasn't the problem. The problem was, I guess they were so surprise the see a BENZ and have it sold. My returning it foe service, DAYS later. The MANAGER had to take it for a 200 yes 200 mile weekend trip! I guess they didn't know I'd pay attention to the mileage. FURIOUS, I brought it to their attention, NO ACTION TAKEN!! I was already frustrated because within days, they put WRONG brakes on. I had to return it for MERCEDES brakes. I had a shock problem that took them so long to figure out and fix. Within that time, I dropped the car off again for the 4th time. My son and i went across the street for breakfast to Marie Calendar's. I looked and say a woman getting in the passenger seat of MY car. They were using MY car to drop someone off somewhere. HOW DARE YOU!! I felt so helpless and in disbelief. AGAIN, they had no explanation or solution for their UNPROFESSIONAL conduct. Three years later I had to trade the car because the transmission went out. I was told I can get a REFUND for unused GAP insurance and something else I purchased. I called the finance department twice in August of 2019. We are now in June of 2020. NOT ONE CALL BACK. No one from the dealership has acknowledge me at all. I wouldn't recommend DCH GARDENA HONDA to a my worst enemy. ***When I talk over my problem with two friends they understood exactly what I was feeling. They both had EXTREMELY negative experience with the dealership service department. One for the exact same thing. Vehicle being driven while in service. Her gas was extremely low when her car was picked up. PS: Track your mileage if you use their service department.

Great selection of used cars
Was looking for a very specific honda accord couldn't find anywhere else found 2 of them here and just had to pick between gas mileage and power overall great place to find a used accord.
