I was sold a defective vehicle by JD and Kennedy who

I was sold a defective vehicle by JD and Kennedy who didn’t even bother to check the car before selling it to me. When I reported the problems as soon as I found out, they were rather insensitive to my concerns and ignored my messages despite all the inconveniences and safety issues I had to endure due to the defect of the car. They are not responsible or professional sales people. I’ve purchased 8 cars in the past decade and this was by far the worst experience

I was sold a defective vehicle by JD and Kennedy who didn’t even bother to check the car before selling it to me. My recent visit to Honda World (on Black Friday) for a

My recent visit to Honda World (on Black Friday) for a new car purchase was riddled with bait and switch tactics. During pricing negotiations, I was very clear that I am a straight shooter and did not want to waste their time or mine so I was only interested in their best and final offer. I gave them a good faith opportunity to earn my business and advised that I am ready to buy if we can both settle on a price. The New Car Sales Director nodded in agreement and offered me a deal that was less than enticing to close me right then and there. Given this, we left to another dealership approximately five miles south. Unsurprisingly, I received a subsequent text message a few minutes after leaving the lot offering me a better OTD price which renewed my interest in moving forward with Honda World. However, when we returned to sign the purchase agreement based on the aforementioned text, the reflected price was NOT what they offered in writing. The assertion that their "number one priority is customer satisfaction" was not what we experienced. IMO proceed with caution if you plan on buying your next car here. Make sure you double check your purchase agreement before putting ink to paper and signing the contract. Lastly, I checked into Yelp for the 2 free AMC Gold Movie Tickets (with a test drive) and did not receive this offer as advertised.

Wife scam

My wife went in for an oil change and wiper blades. They took advantage of my wife selling her on changing break fluid bringing the cost to $641.00. What a scam. We’ve bought 3 cars from them never again. Kasra borhan he’s the guy.

Everything seemed fine on the front end. Months later my DMV paperwork registration and stickers never arrived. I had to call and follow up, they had never been ordered in the first place. Also, they guaranteed me 100,000 mile or five year warranty, whichever came first, and when the paperwork came, it was five years 80,000 miles. The sales rep told me “consider it taken care of.” In the next follow up message I sent him, he said he’ll be out of the country for months! They also hard upsell the Honda maintenance programs.

Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Went there did a test drive on a used tesla. Gave me a price next day I called raised the price by 2.4k. Not sure how they are going to earn my business this way.

No integrity. Dishonest.

I bought a slightly used Honda CRV with 20000 miles. I asked about the tires. They said they were fine. Two months later I returned to inform them that two tire said said that indeed they were bald on the inside tread as they showed me. I returned to Honda World to report my findings. They looked it over and said it was not true, however they found that my rotors were bad and tried to blame me. Less than two months I gave had it and they tried to push ii on me. To get to the point, they sold me a car that cost over $30000 certified with bad tires and rotors. They eventually fixed the rotors as I refused to take their pressure that it was my fault. To make matters worse, when I went to used financing to complain and ti try to get some accomplished, they tried to sell me another car. I now am buying new tires ($1200) on a Certified Honda that I purchased at Honda World in Westminster California. Is there a tire law?

Salesman said car was on the lot and to come in.

Salesman said car was on the lot and to come in. When I got there minutes later the car was miraculously sold....in the rain mind you. Dealership adds on crazy add on equipment and mark ups. They will tell you that these items are added by the factory which is totally untrue. Avoid this dealership at all cost.

I have a mixed experience with this dealership.

I have a mixed experience with this dealership. The sales department was top notch (5*) and the finance department equally awesome (5*). It was a smooth process and no-games. Now not their fault but the whole Honda-We-Dont-Know-When-The-Car-Gets-Here is really annoying and stressful but that is really Honda's fault and not the dealerships. So why 2* you asking? Well I specifically instructed them not to put holes in the front bumper of the car I bought and had it in multiple writings. Even the day I picked it up, I reiterate multiple times not to drill holes in the front bumper - when I arrived .. guess what .. holes in the front bumper. Now Honda has a hook ups on the bottom to avoid that scenario (I know that for a fact) but they had to put their 3D special advertisement plate on it. It's really big deal for me as I like to keep the esthetic especially of a 60k car in-tact. Well I had to settle with Bumper-plugs which are ok but still doesn't look right. Yeah respect the customers wishes especially if he/she drops 60k on you!
