Contacted sales rep, asked for more pictures and three weeks and two emails later I have heard anything. Vehicle was supposed to be serviced on and detailed.

Cannon is very helpful and made our purchase easy. Tasca of Cranston, RI was also responsive when I called to inquire about a particular vehicle. I started at a different Tasca branch and I cannot say the same for that branch. Go to Cranston and work with Cannon!

My family and I started our car search back in December

My family and I started our car search back in December 2021 (and took delivery in July 2022). From our initial visit to Tasca for a test drive, the experience was far better than other dealerships. Don Mailloux had the test vehicle ready, answered a few questions for us, then gave us time to explore the vehicle alone and take it out on the road. There was no unnecessary conversation, no pressure -- just an offer to help when we needed it. Tasca was the only dealership out of the 14 we visited or spoke with in our two-month search before ordering that never put pressure on us to buy and that actually listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. When we did finally decide on a Ford, it wasn't even a question from whom we'd place the factory order. We went right back to Don, who kept us informed throughout the build, shipping, and delivery process. Tasca was great, Don was even better, and I really have to applaud their sensible and ethical sales practices. This was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks to Don!

My car leasing experience with Tasca was stellar, from the very first contact until the time I drove the car off the lot — which happened in less than 12 hours! Tayla responded to my initial inquiry immediately, and explained the process in detail. Once we agreed on the lease terms, she scheduled a test drive with Don M, who took over from there. Don was a true professional, handling all of the details with my insurance company and the DMV to ensure I could take possession that day. The finance person, Alan, was also a pleasure to work with, explaining the details of the lease which matched my original expectations (with no last-minute surprises!). Overall, the Tasca team was excellent to work with. I highly recommend them for your next auto lease or purchase!
