    This place is an absolute nightmare! We bought an suv from this place in July 2017 and they showed us a clean car fax. Fast forward to now. We go to trade... this suv in and the dealer we were trading into pulls up a car fax with Structural Damage! Car fax says it was disclosed to them when they bought it in April 2017 during a visual inspection but it wasn't revealed on car fax until November 2017...7 months later! We have tried calling them and we get no where, either a dead line, full voicemail or they hang up on us. Save your time and money! They are crooks! Zero stars would be more appropriate!

    Very unsafe they do not practice social distancing we were placed right beside a stranger who was about 1 foot away if that. We talked to someone on line,... told them exactly our situation she assured us they could help us out, when we got there we couldnt even look at vehicles until we filled out a credit app, then the salesman would only show us vehicles that we could not afford. We felt very unsafe and lied to by the staff...we will never go back

    Buyer beware. I bought a $30k car from them. When we first went to see the car we saw online they told us the dealer was driving it so it was off-site.... Almost certainly it was stored off-site and out of the rain. First rainstorm we were in we found it had two considerable leaks. One was from the doorframe - not repairable within reason. The other was from a brand new windshield installed improperly (windshield place showed me where they didn't glue it and broke the plastic seal around the mirror mount rather than unscrew). They replaced a gasket over the camera with gel to save 5 cents. Every time it rains electronic locks stop working. When we made the initial contract payment they sent us paperwork that included agreements to allow them to sell our name, which they said we had to sign (now we get all sorts of spam calls/emails) and agreements that we understood the car had been in frame-damaging accidents. These hadn't been disclosed previously or in carfax, and they said it was only procedural. Tires and brakes had to be replaced within 6 months. I blame myself for going through with this, given another choice I wouldn't even open their listings.

    Keep away. North Coast is a waste of time. Do these people really wonder why so many car dealers and their personnel get crap reviews and the why the... industry has a lousy reputation? I have know plenty of people in the car business who are professional, courteous and honest. None of them are at this place. Typical bait-and-switch crap. The process started out well enough with the rep explaining over the phone that they take "white-glove" care of their out-of-town customers. Flash forward to after the financing is in place and we are scheduled to drive 3 hours to close the deal and pick up the car, and we get the message, the car has sold, but here's another, for $4,000 more. Come on up and we can work something out... Not a chance. After I called repeatedly, I was told a manager would call me to work out a deal. As you can imagine, that has never happened. Don't waste your time or fuel on this place.
