My experience with the collision center was HORRIBLE and I will not be back. I brought my car in where it had been hit to get fixed and have never had... a single issue with the car other than this. I bring my car in and Nissan fixed it for me, but when I picked up the car, there were paint chips all over the back (ones that were not there before I took the vehicle in). I asked them to fix it and at this point, Nissan tore the paint off the entire roof having to strip the entire thing down to the metal. After I picked the vehicle up the second time, I got home to notice there were more paint chips on the vehicle AGAIN. At this point, I took the car back to the dealership and they told me they will not fix it as it is not their fault and I just have a xxxxty paint job on my car. Let me add this is the paint job THEY DID THEMSELVES. I spoke with the Collision Center manager, Cathy Medert, and she was the most unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful manager I have ever felt with knowing xxxx well, her employees were the ones who messed up my car still not giving a xxxx. I do not recommend Action Nissan and will never be back.

I can't say enough about this place! They bought my old car, hooked me up with a BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW ROGUE with a payment plan perfect for me, and I was... in and out quicker than I thoughy! They treated me like family! The lobby area for waiting was clean and comfy, plus snacks! The manager Clint and salesmen Derek and Dustin were amazing. We were joking and having so much fun! This dealership gave us a price via text and we agreed to drive 3 hours to get it. We test drove the vehicle and were ready to sign untill we notice an... increase of $5,000. I specifically said no suprises and was told there would be none. When discussing this they just tried every trick in the book to make us pay it. Lots of waiting of course. Best they could do is take off 500. No Deal. Extremely Frustrating. Made the trip for nothing because they just wanted to get us in the door to play games.

Heather Fowler is a gem! My 80 yr old mother and I drove 100 miles to get her dream car. A slight problem with our bank almost wasted our trip. Heather... took charge and made the magic happen! She's a real pro, super friendly and intelligent. Everyone at Action Nissan was friendly. Y'all go see Heather and you won't go wrong. Thanks Heather!!

This service center is not worth to get even one star. Very bad on keep up the sevics appointment schedule.. They picked up my car by 4.30 PM for 1.00... PM appointment and the service guys response was very worst.. I would strongly recommend to not buy/service your car at action nissan at Nashville..

I will be the first to say that it takes a lot to impress me. I had been shopping around for a new Murano and I gave Action Nissan a call. My call was... taken by a lady named Heather. I asked her to give me the best price on a new Murano (knowing they will just low ball you to get you in). She asked could she have my name and number and she would immediately contact her mgr to give me a call back. ( at this time I knew I would never hear back from her). Well I have to admit I was wrong. She called me back within 10 mins. She said her mgr said if I come in today I would get a certain price on a car. (Again knowing she was low balling me). Again I was wrong. I was at the store within 1 hour and I was met by Heather with the biggest smile I have ever seen. She greeted me and immediately showed me the car I asked about. We went on a test drive and she was great. It made this so easy. Her and her mgr met all my expectations and I left a very happy man. This by far was the best experience I have ever had but I also know it was because of Heather. She made it so easy. Thank you heather and Action Nissan for a job well done. You have a permanent customer
