The person was sharp and abrupt with me when I asked if I

The person was sharp and abrupt with me when I asked if I paid cash no financing would he lower the price and he laughed and asked me if I was joking. He explained the cost with tags etc. And I understood that but he completely dismissed me like I was wasting his time. He hung up so fast we didn't even have a proper goodbye. (No I did not need to be cuddled but we could have respectfully hung up) That was unprofessional. Just rude and disappointing.

Worst dealership I've ever been to.

Worst dealership I've ever been to. They had a car I wanted & I test drove it, they pressured me into doing an application & Matt the finance manager was sure they could get me approved. 6 hard credit inquiries later, I heard nothing from them, told them to stop pulling my credit & they never answered or returned my calls. Terrible service.

Excelente atención al cliente, más allá del tiempo de

Excelente atención al cliente, más allá del tiempo de espera se esmeran en que como clientes tengamos una respuesta sobre lo que deseamos comprar, la mayoría habla inglés pero todos están dispuestos a ayudar. Debo dejar este comentario en español porque se que hay personas que piensan que es difícil, repito hay personas que hablan español y pueden ayudar en tu orientación a la compra. Buena oferta y excelente auto

Worst dealership. Unprofessional, immature, rude, pushy, unintelligent, bad customer service. Matt the finance manager doesn't know what he's talking about when he says he can get you qualified.

Great experience with Action Nissan & Josh Baker!

I recently bought a new vehicle and had the pleasure working with Joshua Baker. He was very professional, knowedgeable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to get it done. In a time where prices and interest rates are crazy I feel that I received a more than fair deal on the vehicle and I am more than happy with how things turned out. Do not recommend!

This was a less than enjoyable car buy experience. I was told different information multiple times. Upon test driving the vehicle and inspecting it I was told the vehicle came with all weather floor mats that was in the back of the vehicle and they were "free". Upon signing paper work there was a $499 action package charge that I asked about and once again never got a straight answer about what it included. I was told "oh your getting those nice floormats" and nitrogen filled tires and locking nuts. I questioned the salesman on why I was being charged for floormats again when there was already a $495 charge for floormats on my manufacture window sticker.He said these are the upgraded nice floor mats and he didn't really know but that he couldn't change anything. To charge someone $499.00 for locking wheel nuts and nitrogen is highway robbery but if I was going to get the all weather floor mats it would be reasonable. I did not notice upon taking delivery but noticed the next day that the all weather floor mats was gone and the carpeted floor mats was not the vehicle. I contacted my sales and told him they were gone and I wanted them. He stated "Check in the back, maybe detailed forgot to put them in. 100 percent I saw them". I texted him again and he stated he was off and he would take care of it when he was back but I haven't had a simple call or text from anybody.I buy vehicles very often and as a person that has been in sales this was a bit shocking how this whole car buying experience has been and definitely could not recommend anyone or would buy again unfortunately.
