Stear clear from this dealership and any CVT

Stear clear from this dealership and any CVT transmission. I bought a 2017 Altima from Action Nissan in Sept of 2022. Within 48 hours I had already reached out to them that the car wasnt driving correctly. After several times in the shop with them saying nothing was wrong I took it to an outside mechanic. They said the transmission was bad. Nissan finally said it was indeed a bad transmission and they would replace it since it was under the 2 month 2000 mile warranty. When I picked it up from this "new" transmission being put in it still would not pull/accelerate, the exact issue for the replacement. I took it back, they said they put a transmission in it they got from Smittys auto salvage junk yard and that it was fine. They said there is nothing else they will do. I took it to Christian Brothers would said the transmission is bad. I then took it to AAA Transmission who was the 3rd transmission pro to say this. The car was not able to drive properly so I had to get a new one at AAA since Nissan refused to honor their warranty and put a good one in. They axle was also broken we learned when AAA was replacing the transmission. These CVT transsmission I have learned are faulty, Nissan knows it because they just paid out a huge settlement on them. Not only do they sell cars they know are bad, they try to find ways to not fix them, and then find ways to make it your fault with loopholes. Be very careful if you are thinking about buying a car from Action Nissan Nashville. I finally have a great running car after I spent over $6000 on top of the $13501 cash I spent. Almost 20K all together for a 2017 Altima that had 122000 miles.

After a not so nice interaction at another dealership up

After a not so nice interaction at another dealership up in the area where we live, we called Action Nissan at 5:00PM and discussed numbers posted on their web page. They confirmed the numbers were accurate. We made an appointment and went out their at 7:15 PM that night, Discussed the vehicle in question, they evaluated our trade, gave us another 1000 dollars more than the other dealer offered and almost two thousand dollars off MSRP plus the loyalty rebate Nissan was offering. They were Fair, Fast, Extremely Courteous. I felt like the salesman (Anthony) listened to us, presented what we were willing to do the the manager and we closed the deal. They stayed an hour and a few minutes past their closing time to make it happen. The finance manger was good to work with as well. He was not pushy, gave us options to select or decline, it was our choice. He stated that he nor the dealership wanted anyone to purchase something they were not comfortable with or not going to use, How can you beat that? This is actually the second time my family has dealt with Action Nissan, both times they beat out the other dealers that in our opinion were not being upfront with their numbers by juggling them on the new purchase as well as the trade-in . Until something goes wrong and they change their business model, We will only do business for new vehicles at Action Nissan. RF of TN


Bait and Switch

Do not attempt to buy a car from this dealership. All of their used vehicles that are a so called great deal are not even on the lot. Classic bait and switch

I had an incredible experience buying my car through

I had an incredible experience buying my car through Action Nissan! Jose Gonzalez is a literal angel and did everything possible to get me the car I wanted for a great deal. He, along with management, were kind, patient, and honest. I appreciate them so much! So excited about my new car!

Action Nissan treated me great, I was able to make a deal over the phone with Dalton so that there were no surprises when I got there and I was given a fair trade in value for my truck. Daniel was very courteous and knowledgeable, took care of me, showed me around the dealership and made my first appointment for service. Krishan in finance was fast and efficient. Great experience.


Deceptive and crooked

I made sure to prequalify with capital one before going car shopping. I told the car salesman and the finance manager under no circumstances to load my credit up with hard inquiries, that I specifically wanted capitol one. Once I got there, they pressured to to allow Nissan finance to make me an offer. I said specifically only Nissan finance. They came back with a contract for me to sign, no amount financed, no interest rate, just a payment which was 200 over what I told them was my max. So I walked out. When I got home I had several notifications of credit inquiries. None of them from Nissan. One of them from Santander who I will never do business with after they took 2 years to release my car title after I paid it off. They say a woman walking with a cane and tried to rob me. Physical disabilities do not mean mental impairment. This company is garbage. If they would rob a disabled woman then there is no limit to their deceptions.

I had been emailing the sales manager and the salesman

I had been emailing the sales manager and the salesman tge afternoon before i was going to come look at a pre owned car. I drove an hour and half the next morning to look at and purchase the car. I get there and they tell me it sold the previous day! i wasted my time and gas because they didnt let me know before i drove there. I honestly think they were hoping i would buy something else from them, I just left because if thats tgeir customer service, they need to work on it . very frustrated.

Words can not express the guidance I received from the Nissan Team! Josh, Dersim & Long….I am still able to communicate with this team if I need to ask a question about my beautiful black Loaded SL4WD Nissan 2022 Pathfinder today! I am a Returning customer and was recommend by my best friend on the 2022 Pathfinders! Had to check out this car! Doesn’t get better than this! Pleased with price of my car and my Nissan Xterra trade…i was a happy woman. By the way, the Xterra I traded was purchased new and never had any issues or repairs (7 year old) I take good care of my cars! The other sales force was great too, they all clapped as I left with the keys to my new car! Fast service too! Dersim even helped me clean everything out of my old car…in closing I would recommend this dealership and all these amazing professionals…Now my BF and I are “Twinkies” driving the same cars! She went with gun gray?? Deal, Drive & Bye..😀 Thank you Action Nissan!!!
