I was in the market for a pre-owned auto, i looked around at my local dealers (Knoxville). Within 3 days of the "search", i had spent almost 12 hours... inside the dealerships. Each time, i would make closer and closer, but there was always something. I know i do not enjoy the whole process, as i am certain not many do. I text my interest in the auto, i received an email from Daniel, after a few strings of emails, i made the call. I spoke with Daniel, he notified me of the imperfections of the auto, even sent me pictures of the car before i made the almost 2 hour drive. After i make it to the dealership, i felt no pressure, i wasn't "Sold to". He allowed me to look at and ask questions on my own time. I had an amazing experience and yes, i would buy again from Daniel Smith.
We went there to look at the Jeep and was running late but loyd really stepped up and helped us and wasn’t pushy like some car lot salesmen can be we were... treated very good and the staff were all very professional as well
I contacted Worth, a dealer here, looking for a very specific vehicle...he was GREAT to work with! Very easy, relaxed, and concerned that I get exactly... what I needed. I was treated with respect, and got a fair price for a perfect vehicle. This was a great car buying experience.
Thank you for your feedback! I have shared this with Worth! We appreciate your business and if you need anything do not hesitate to give us a call!
I went to look for a car and they made it happen. My salesman fought tooth and nail to get me approved. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership.
Be very careful with the added plans when buying from Bill Gatton. We had no intentions of buying the special polish since we have our cars detailed.... The polish for $189 was added to our loan without having it explained by the loan manager. This was a very expensive polish that we were later told that "everybody gets on the purchase of a car." I wonder how many thousands of dollars Bill Gatton has made with this ripoff!
We appreciate your feedback, however we take great pride in transparency here at Bill Gatton Acura Mazda. The Exterior Protection was presented during... the initial presentation of numbers for the vehicle that you purchased. Those numbers where then agreed upon by us and you, which you signed off on before entering the business office. Once in the business office you were then presented a deal sheet and the warranty contract for the Exterior Protection which were both signed by you and us once again. Being transparent and upfront is very important to us and the Exterior Protection is always presented and agreed upon by both parties, not added to a loan without the consumers knowledge. Having said that the Exterior Protection is not a polish, it is a Exterior Sealant added to all of our vehicles that are 2013 and newer. The Sealant forms a clear hard shell, seals out oxidation, pollutants, and ultraviolet rays. This gives you the consumer a 5 year warranty against environmental harm that can occur to the paint of your vehicle such as tree sap, acid rain, bird droppings, road salts, sun damage, fading and oxidation, hard water, insect damage, and headlight yellowing. Also, you get the opportunity to bring the vehicle back to us once per year for the 5 years to get the protection re-applied and the vehicle washed at no cost to you. All of these benefits are included in the $189 initial cost. When it comes time to get your Environmental Protection re-applied all you have to do is make an appointment with our fantastic service department! We do appreciate your business and hope you are enjoying your new car!
Bill Gatton Mazda was where I took my 2015 Miata for its 40K maintenance. 2000 miles later, my rear brake pads and rotors had to be replaced. Their... service rep Felicia told me that when my car's brakes had been inspected, only the outside pad, not the inside pad which gets more wear, was checked. That's their explanation: their visual inspection is inadequate. So, they let me leave the dealership with pads that not only needed to be replaced but scored and ruined the rotors as well. It's a shame, because they have the talk of customer service down. But in this case they showed they cannot be trusted to stand behind their work.
the took their time getting back to me on the truck. did tell me it had been in an accident. and they was repairing it.
This was our second car purchase from this Dealership, and they have always been helpful and a pleasure to deal with....until our recent purchase. We... bought a used car that needed all brake pads and rotors replaced. The Sales manager (Daniel) and our Sales Rep (Chris) told us the repair would not cost more than $500 at the dealership. We purchased this vehicle, scheduled an appointment at the dealership, then found out at checkout, that the repairs cost $809.00. After contacting the dealership where we bought the vehicle, and explaining the situation....we were told there is nothing they can do. Be careful when dealing with this Dealership....they will lie to you about repair costs.
This service department is a 5 plus department in all respects. They provide outstanding service in an infectious, enthusiastic manner at a most reasonable... cost.
I want to give a big thanks to David Difillippo who provided fantastic customer service, when I had an issue prior to purchasing my vehicle. David immediately... took control of the situation and turned what could have been a bad experience, into a good one! He went above and beyond in making sure I had a good overall experience with the dealership. David even provided excellent customer service, after I had purchased a vehicle from the dealership. He is an excellent asset to Mazda/Acura dealership. THANKS AGAIN David for making our experience with the dealership a good one!!! I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! My daughter loves her vehicle!
