After having a great experience with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I returned to have my pristine 2003 Ford F 250 Truck in for a wheel alignment, tire rotation,... and oil change, and again it was superb service and I was in and out in nothing flat. The service department swapped out my old head light bulbs with new HD bulbs that I had purchased at the auto parts store free of charge. Great job and kudos to Betsy and the service department for another great experience........Thank you........Craig
I drove 8 hours from TN because the deal was by far the best. After having been misled by other on-line dealers, I was still cautiously optimistic that... what was told to me on the phone would be the same when I got to the dealer. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no fees added on: no freight charges, no dealer prep charges, no "oops that rebate expired", etc. Overall, both price and experience, definitely worth the drive.
I bought my 2013 Wrangler from Dave. Mostly done online. Asked for Jeep hat after spending $36,000 and was told he couldn't do it. I sent them an... e mail and got the hat. August 24, 2015 I came in to buy a Wrangler Willys Edition. Dave told me to be there at 9am. Got there at 8:50. He was pulling out on a test drive and told me he'd be right back. At 12:20 I had not seen hide nor hair of him, so I left. He called me at home at 1pm and said he had been looking for me. What a lie. I called Mr Howard the next day and was told he couldn't talk to me because I was Dave's customer. Then called back and talked to Louie. He was with a customer and said he'd call me back after he was done. That was 3 years ago and still haven't got a callback. I even went as far as going to Haasz Jeep in Ravenna and asked them to trade vehicles with Falls so I could avoid buying from Falls. Haasz had nothing to trade so it didn't materialize. Went all the way to Columbiana Jeep to buy my Wrangler. Then last time I was in for service about 2 months ago, a salesman named Greg came out and asked if he could help me. Told him I was ready to buy a new Wrangler 2 door. Falls didn't have any 2 door JL's. I said I like the JK better. He said Jeep is done making the JK's and I couldn't get one, then he proceeded to argue with me until I told him I was on Jeep.com, that morning, and I could still order a JK. Then he told me I couldn't get a JL until next year. I told him Fred Martin had 3, Klaben had 3, and Haasz had 2 right then. I walked away from him after that. Last Monday I took the Wrangler in because it was rusting from the inside out on the door hinges on the passenger side. Brought it back Tuesday and got a courtesy car. Was told I would have it back Wed evening or Thurs morning. Called back Wed afternoon and was told it had been delayed a day, it would be Thurs afternoon to Fri morning. Called back Thur afternoon and was told by my service writer it would be Monday. I called the body shop Friday and they told me they wouldn't even get to until Monday. I wanted my Jeep so they took it back to the dealer and I came up and got it. After all the garbage I have tolerated from this dysfunctional dealer, my service writer texted me today and said he was sending me a satisfaction survey. And asked me to fill it out. Ha ha ha ha
Work was completed as promised, went beyond to get me a rental when car was not completed by end of day.Called with updates as requested.

Our salesman was very straight forward with us as my husband told him that we were comparing prices with a local Wheelchair van dealer and just needed... to find the best price we could on a mini van. Our salesman was also very knowledgeable and had experience with working with the Wheelchair van conversion company. We appreciated that he was friendly and laid back and not pushy.
